The apartment is located in the 4th Floor of a tenement with elevator. The new building with its architectural style refers to the neighboring historic tenement houses. Recently, all tenements along the entire street underwent a renovation under the supervision of a preservationist. New trees were planted and traffic was limited. The apartment is located near the city center, but in a quiet area. From here it is not far to the restored historical parks: Chopin Park and Spa Park, as well as the harbor or city center. The building has a lockable bike room. To the main entrance leads a ramp for prams.

The 2-room apartment with a surface of 47m2 consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The living room with a large balcony (on the balcony garden furniture available) is equipped with a sofa bed (sleeping area 160x200cm), radio, a dining table with 4 cushioned chairs and a kitchen. The living room windows and the balcony are facing south. The kitchenette has built-in furniture, electric cooker, fridge, dishes, pots and utensils for preparing meals. The kitchen also includes a Tchibo capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a sandwich maker. In the hallway is a large built-in wardrobe. The bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm with a mattress (note: the bed is placed low above the floor), a sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a 32 LCD TV, reception only from Polish channels. The bedroom windows are facing east and south and have blinds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and toilet, as well as an automatic washing machine. Additional equipment: iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not assigned parking. Parking is possible in public parking spaces on the streets (if available) or in a guarded parking lot in Piastowska Street.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
