The charming holiday home is ideal for a holiday among friends or for a family holiday, if you want to spend a nice and relaxing time on the blue Adriatic.



The cottage is located in the picturesque and quiet village Debeljak, which is located near the town of Zadar and offers a beautiful panoramic view of nature and the Adriatic Sea. The house is located 4 kilometers from the beaches, which can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car. It is a place where you can leave everyday stress and city life behind.

There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living area is 277m². The outdoor area is a natural plot of 2,232sqm, fully fenced and offers a large green garden with outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4m, 1. 5m depth, heated), where under the umbrella or in the shade of olive trees, on the deck chairs, your complexion can work. On the covered terrace is a second dining area with a charcoal grill available. Here you can enjoy relaxed and beautiful evenings in company with a good glass of wine from the region. 

A small children's playground with swings and a seesaw are available for younger guests. For the sports fans there are 3 bicycles, table tennis and a cross trainer available free of charge. The whole house is air-conditioned and has free WIFI internet access, private parking for 3 cars and offers you the conformity for a relaxing and pleasant holiday on the Adriatic coast.

Zadar was voted the best European destination for 2016. Many attractive amenities are just a short drive away, like the remnant of Roman times; the Forum, the Five Wells Square, the Church of the Holy Donets with the Byzantine Rotunda - which is considered the landmark of the city of Zadar. Leaving behind Zadar's Old Town, two modern attractions await you on the waterfront: the created Sea Organ and the "Greetings to the Sun". They are considered a tourist magnet and a popular meeting place of the local population, where you can experience the most beautiful sunset shortly before dusk. In any case, we also recommend trips to the national parks Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice and Velebit as well as the nature park Vransko jezero, which will delight you with their beauty of flora and fauna. For the adventurous there is an "Adventure Park" in town.
