About this property
Bright apartment (70 sqm) with all-round views right on the bottom - fishing, free Wi-Fi
Our apartment offers for every weather places with a great panoramic view of the countryside, be it the south-facing roof terrace for sunbathing, the sheltered balcony to the west or the conservatory in cooler temperatures. Even in winter you can enjoy the wonderful view from the dining table over the very large windows.
The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor. Here there is a spacious shower room and the bedroom with double bed with separate mattresses (1,80X2,00). The internal staircase is the connection to the living-dining area in the level above.
The fitted kitchen is complete (4 ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) There is also a Senseo espresso machine for the round, inexpensive tabs (eg at Edeka or Aldi) and a mechanical milk frother (Tchibo) - warm in the pot, then froth. The milk coffee friends know what I mean.
There is also free Wi-Fi.
The television signal comes via a central satellite dish (ASTRA). There is a pull-out couch for two more sleeping places. In this respect, offers a separate sleep possibility. There is also a separate sofa bed for a person who does not need to be rebuilt.
Of course you can also listen to music through our corresponding system.
Depending on the year and time of day, the winter garden is the trendy place to stay.
They live very spacious on about 70 square meters.
caution!! as have a "mirror apartment" (visible under 2409544) in the house, which can be rented additionally. Known so you can spend your vacation in separate apartments, but with a shared conservatory.
The large property is of course shared. The apartment has a parking space for your car. You can park your bikes in the covered area of the garden house. There is a covered seating area in the garden. The property is adjacent to a low. This can be used for fishing (with fishing license and purchase of a guest card from the fishing club that leased the water) or other water sports (paddling, etc.).
The house is equipped with underfloor heating under tiles. Carpets are so in short supply.
