GREAT location near LOTS of Shopping & Dining. Also nearby are neighborhood parks, many golf courses, many hiking and biking trails, and easy freeway access. Private backyard space with inground pool and hot tub. Sleeps 12-14.

Single level 4 bedroom, 2 bath floor plan with a den/office, bonus room, game room with bumper pool/poker table and a 1-car garage.
Bedroom #1 - King Bed with Master Bath. Door from bathroom leading to the backyard.
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed with dresser.
Bedroom #3 - Two twin over full bunk beds.
Bedroom #4 - Queen Bed with standing desk

The kitchen features warm-tone stained cabinets, gray quartz counter tops, a center island, and a full stainless-steel appliance package. A fresh coat of Interior paint. The flooring includes a rectangular ceramic tile that flows nicely throughout. Fireplace in the family room. The spacious backyard features an inground pool. Outdoor furniture includes 2 chaise loungers, 2 oversized chairs with ottomans and a large glass top square table. There is also an above-ground hot tub. There is a safety screen that can be placed around the pool if needed. *Early check in may be possible at an additional cost*


During the winter the pool is not constantly heated. The pool MAY be heated at an additional cost based on time of year. Pool temperatures are subject to outside temperatures and time exposure to direct sunlight. Winter-time temperatures vary often, and the pool can be maintained between 75 and 82 degrees if elected.

Prices to heat pool during your full stay (must pay for entire stay and not limit to select days). Pool also takes 48 hours to fully get up to temperature so we require you let us know if you would like it heated 48 hours before check in

Golf trip

The home worked really well for us. Very comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub after golf. Beds comfortable. Two suggestions - the grill had only two burners working and could use some cleaning/maintenance. The ovens also need cleaning. The top smoked too much to use when turned on, the bottom smoked also but was usable. Overall very happy with the stay.

Dads golf trip

We had eight dads from the Midwest head down to Fountain Hills for four days of golf. The house location was great. Easily played golf within 10-30 minute drive each day. House was well-situated for dinners and cards. Hot tub was nice too after a long day of golf. Owner was easy to contact and helpful. All around good experience.

Nice property

We stayed at the Bushwood house for a week for a family vacation. House is well appointed, had everything we needed to cook. Love that there was plenty of room, multiple TVs for rainy days. Pool and hot tub were clean but didn’t use them since temps were cool during our visit. House was overall pretty clean, but cleaners missed a few details here and there. Our biggest issue with the stay was that a new house was being built right next door no more than 30 feet from master bedroom window. So loud banging began at 6:30 every morning, definitely not conducive to a relaxing vacation. I would have liked to have known that in advance. We would have considered staying elsewhere.

guys annual golf trip

8 guys 55 and over stayed the week for golf and Spring Training. The home had plenty of room to sleep the 8 of us. The kitchen worked fine to make large breakfasts and the BBQ area was used extensively for dinners. thought the hot tub was a little out of the way from the pool, it worked fine and came in handy after 4 hours on the course each day

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed the property. Had some trouble getting the door code, and property “manual”. Need to include instructions for thermostat, not everyone knows about a Nest thermometer and fireplace. All in all, very pleasant area, nice house.

Packs a punch

We loved the property. From the outside, it does not look like it will fit two families ~ or will be nice inside, but we were pleasantly surprised. Great hang out space, nice kitchen and nice rooms. We did not spend time in the yard, but the pool does look enticing!

Great House for a Golf Trip

This was a great place to stay for my friends and I on our golf trip. There were 4 of us so we had more than enough space. The primary bedroom was fantastic. Plenty of bath and swimming towels. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was great. We may rent it again in future years. Would be a great house for families with bunk beds in one of the rooms too.

Great for families!

Lots of sleeping space for our family. Very clean and owners were super quick to answer any questions about the surrounding area. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Pool was super clean and backyard had awesome lounge chairs to use. Icing on the cake was the lemon tree out front!!
