Comfortable apartment at the twin mills of Greetsiel - Krummhörn - North Sea

Our apartment "Robben Island" is located in close proximity to the Greetsieler Twin Mills within walking distance of the center and the historic harbor.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, additional coffee pad machine and s.w.), a living-dining room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. On the gallery there is another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a second toilet. The staircase from the gallery can be secured with a grid.

Both in the living room and in the bedroom there is a TV.

A balcony with garden furniture and a parking space belong to the apartment.

A little bit more makes the difference:
• Electric shutters provide a comfortable shading and darkening option
• Underfloor heating provides warmth when needed
• The on-site lockable bike lodge provides a convenient storage option for your two-wheelers between your tours. Likewise, your e-bikes can be charged here.
• Bicycles and e-bikes can be booked cheaply via us (depending on availability, per day bike EUR 5, - & e-bike EUR 10, -). You are welcome to reserve these before your arrival.
• Cozy hours can be completed by our filled wine rack (settlement on departure).
• Fly screens in all rooms prevent visiting unwanted guests.
• On the apartment's own parking space at the house your car can enjoy the holiday.
• WLAN is of course available.
• various games for young and old provide variety.

For the additional booking of the linen package, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (EUR 15, - per person). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Our little guests are also close to our hearts, so we are also equipped for children:
• A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge
• For the slightly larger children, a bed guard is available
• 2 sets of children's cutlery are available
• All sockets accessible to infants have a fuse

Perfekte FeWo
Ideale FeWo für Familien. Auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt mit zwei WC‘s und viel Platz. Sehr ordentlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ausserdem ist die Gegend schön. Wir können die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank für schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir haben schon öfter unseren Urlaub in Greetsiel verbracht und auch diese Ferienwohnung hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation verlief insgesamt reibungslos. Da wir später angereist sind konnten wir den Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsseltresor abholen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und sauber, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen
Sehr gemütliche 16 Tage in einer tollen FeWo, großartig ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts (ein kleiner Kleiderschrank im OG wäre jedoch wünschenswert). Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt!!! Zwei Kritikpunkte: die Schlüsselübergabe klappte nicht reibungslos, die benannte Kontaktperson konnte telefonisch nicht erreicht werden - wie wir dann erst beim Aufsuchen der Verwaltung erfahren haben, hatte sie frei. Und: das gebuchte und vorab bezahlte Wäschepaket fanden wir nicht vor, also wieder ab zur Verwaltung... Aber insgesamt alle Daumen hoch!!!

Sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung Robbeninsel
Der EMail-Kontakt mit der Familie Kox direkt nach der Buchung hatte bereits einen sehr persönlichen Charakter. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft in Greetsiel verlief problemlos. In wenigen Minuten war alles erledigt. Direkt nach dem Aufsperren der Wohnung waren wir begeistert. Der erste Eindruck war super. Tolles Mobiliar, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles picco-bello sauber. Technische Ausstattung top. Bei der Küchenausstattung hat in unseren Augen nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten das Wäschepaket mitgebucht, was wir jedem nur empfehlen können. So waren die Betten bereits bezogen. Besonders möchten wir die guten Matratzen und die verstellbaren Lattenrose erwähnen. Einem erholsamen Schlaf stand somit nichts im Wege. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande von Greetsiel, trotzdem ist man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten im Ortskern, z.B. am Hafen. Wir können diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Der Ort Greetsiel an sich lädt auf jedem Fall zum Entspannen ein.

Die beste Ferienwohnung seit Jahren
Die Ferienwohnung Robbeninsel ist die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir seit Jahren bewohnen durften. Sie ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Besonders die Küche zeichnet sich durch Vollständigkeit aus, was die Bestückung angeht. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine und eine normale Brühmaschine, eine Salatschleuder, alles an Besteck und Geschirr, was man braucht, Schneidebretter und selbst ein Stabmixer. Ein guter Toaster und alles an Kochgeschirr und das sogar noch von hochwertigen Marken. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Stressless Sessel, was ziemlich cool ist. Der Balkon ist auch total gemütlich. Durchlüftung ist dank der überall vorhandenen Fliegengitter gar kein Problem. Selbst eine Ladestationen für E-Autos ist vorhanden und kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Wer eine Hybriden hat, der ist aber besser beraten beim Achterum Hotel zu laden, da die Lademenge ja nicht so hoch ist. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht bei Poppinga laden, die wollen unverschämte 50Ct/KWh. Im Fahrradschuppen, der locker Platz für zwei eBikes hat, ist auch noch Strom zum Laden, sowie eine Mehrfachsteckdose vorhanden. Der einzige Etwas ärgerliche Punkt (und nur deswegen nicht 5, sondern 4 Sterne) ist die Hellhörigkeit zur Wohnung darunter. Man kann leider im Schlafzimmer jedes einzelne Wort der Menschen darunter verstehen, ohne dass sie übermäßig laut reden würden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Arten von Ausflügen. Bei dem Check-in sollte man darauf achten, dass auch der Schlüssel für den Schuppen ausgehändigt wird, da andernfalls kein Zugang zu den Mülltonnen besteht.
