Local Eugene family. I work in real estate while my wife, Pauline, works as an ER nurse at the hospital. We have 3 amazing daughters with the youngest at the toddler stage.
Why they chose this property
Hard to pass up a brand new house for the World Championships... The house was completed in July 2021. The outdoor living area is priceless. Watch TV while having a BBQ while relaxing after a day of watching the track meet. There are speakers throughout the house with volume controls for each set of speakers. You can be listening to music downstairs and watching a movie with surround sound upstairs!
What makes this property unique
The outdoor living area sets this house apart from all others in the area. We built it to be able to cook and enjoy the outside year round.
