Quick getaway

Two couples staying 5 nights. The accommodation had most things that we needed. Master bedroom had a well appointed bath with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The second bedroom had a twin bed and a double, shower and toilet. The second bedroom lacked a table to place a lamp or glasses on. Towels for the beach/pool was provided as well as coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Beach chairs and umbrella and some toys were available as well. The location was good. Right next to the indoor pool and sauna and about a 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool with access to bathroom.

The townhouse was very well equipped and the host was very thoughtful with the extras that were provided - tea, snacks, coffee, etc. The only thing missing was an oceanfront view.

Amazing Townhouse and Location!!

I had 2 important criteria when researching a property: First was cleanliness, second was an indoor pool (since a thunderstorm can ruin a beach vacation). This property was extremely clean, towels were crisp white and fluffy, townhouse decorated simply with subtle beach theme. Very inviting atmosphere. This property included beach towels, beach chairs and 3 boogie boards. Property is located very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this property for location, cleanliness and the very responsive host!

Perfect location!

Perfect location! The beach & amenities are easily accessible from the unit, which was larger than expected and very clean. Several popular restaurants, Publix, & Starbucks / Dunkin’ Donuts are within a short drive. Not to mention, the host was very kind and responsive. Definitely will stay here again!

Only issue

The only issue at the condo was dirty dishes in the cupboards. Food was baked on from the dishwasher. Also the dish washer was full of dirty dishes. Overall very nice and the dish problem is an easy fix👍

Great Condo

We loved this condo. It was in a great location. It was located right beside the club house where the indoor pool and gym was located. The weather was cold a few days so we loved the indoor pool. The beach was beautiful and the condo was a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

5 weeks in St Augustine.

We had an extended stay here and was very happy. The place was clean and comfortable. Luba was a fantastic host making sure we had everything we needed and more. She responded very promptly, with easy communication to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again! The Colony Reef property is great and the indoor pool is a bonus. The beach is a short walk from the condo. People were very friendly and welcoming here. The location is the best! Near all the things you want to do and there’s so much to keep your days filled. Spacious, clean, well kept 2 bedroom with 2.5 baths. Very close to beach, has outdoor unheated pool with hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool. Very comfortable stay, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Retirment and Traveling enjoyed

The stay was great, The Condo was in a great area, quiet building and easy to go to the beach. The Bathrooms needed tobe cleaner, They needed to have Handsoap and TP for the ALL of the Bathrooms. Everything else was in good but old condtion. The Frig water and ice machine did not work, but most else was good. Would probably stay here again, Just maybe a better cleaning crew would make things perfect. Thank You.
