This multi-level townhome is full of character, with finishes and decor that mimic the colors of the gulf. There's a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a circular dining table for eight, and a living room with leather furnishings and a flatscreen TV.

Open the sliding glass doors to let in the fresh gulf breeze and reveal the first deck - this one with a gas grill and a picnic table for sunset dinners. Another uncovered deck awaits upstairs off the primary bedroom suite, providing the perfect spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise. Not to mention, there is a separate area downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room complete with a multicade gaming system when you are looking for some privacy and entertainment.

You'll have so much at your fingertips in the beachfront Costa del Sol, including such local favorites as Alvin's Island Beach Store (across the road), Pompano Joe's (less than a quarter-mile west), and Whale's Tail (half a mile east).

THINGS TO KNOW
This property is strictly non-smoking and only the maximum number of allowed guests can be in the complex. These rules are strictly enforced by the HOA.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
