This spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has been extensively and gorgeously remodeled. The home features two master suites with king size beds and walk in closets with the main master featuring a massive and gracious bathroom with a giant soaking tub and 2 vanities. There are jaw dropping mountain views from literally every window and angle of this home!

The home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite, a king size bed in the second master suite, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and a queen size pullout sofa bed.

The kitchen is amazing and completely brand new! Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and both master suites and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. All the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on one of the roomy patios in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 new bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.

Such a beautiful property!

We could not have had a more lovely stay at this property! The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning. The property is well-appointed and had every amenity we needed. Drew checked in on us multiple times and was so nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Family FUN!

Drew is an epic host. The HOME:Our stay here was lovely. The home is bigger than the pictures lend themselves. It is convenient to many things at the same time far enough away to feel seclusion. You can look out at the mountain range from the porch, and watch the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Also, each room has enough space to provide privacy and comfort. The wood like floors are nice and padded, so you don't disrupt the downstairs neighbors. There is plenty of sun and fun to be had.AMMENITIES:Bikes- Bikes can be provided and are a great way to get around the facility.Golf- The golf course is public and really nice. It is well maintained. Our daughter plays and while we did not get to play a game, she did give it a thumbs up.POOLS:There are many swimming pools to choose from throughout the facility that are accommodating to families a quiet couple, even a girls weekend get-a-way. LOCATION:Close enough to everything, but also far enough to feel separate. It is very close off the 10. You can reach things easily. Stay here if you want to have fun, relax, have a glass of wine at the jacuzzi, play volleyball with your family in the pool. GO HAVE FUN.

Roomy Retreat!

We have stayed in many places around the Coachella Valley. This unit is located in a very central area, very convenient to everything! The manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will return!

Very relaxing visit

This was our 2nd stay in this gated community - different condo. The location is quiet and beautifully maintained; pools are a favourite. Drew is a great host. The unit has lots of space, very clean and well stocked. We will definitely visit again.

Mountain View

This rental looks just like the pictures. The view from the patio faces the golf course with a gorgeous mountain backdrop. Drew is very helpful and available for anything you might need. Unit is furnished with everything needed for your stay plus some little extras that you might have forgotten (coffee, filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofas, laundry detergent.) The neighbors were very friendly, watching the golfers and gardeners in the morning is very relaxing. The patios offer a perfect combination of sun and shade at the right time. The check-in and check-out was very easy. I will rent this exact unit again in the future.

We had a great stay. Host property manager communicated well. Very peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Just perfect for us 4 and very clean. Would stay again. Note: we ended up staying in a sister property to this one just down the street run by the same property manager. It has the same layout and it was just as advertised.

This condo is gorgeous like all of Drew's properties. Very peaceful and quiet location overlooking the golf course and short walk to the closest pool. Highly recommend.

Family fun

Great family get away, perfect location, beautiful views of chocolate mountains. Great deck for morning coffee sun and afternoon shade in the heat enjoying watching golfers go by. Clean, bright and just as pictured on VRBO. Couldn’t have had a better host, Drew is welcoming and very quick to respond. Loved playing pickleball, relaxing in the pool, golfing and working out at the gym. Can’t wait to return☀️

Heaven in the Desert

3rd year in the area but 1st year of 100% enjoyment. Great unit, perfect location for airport and tennis and Drew was a dream to work with. Condo fully stocked with everything needed for my 3 month stay. Great for my 12lb dog as well!

Sharp, Comfortably Furnished Attractive Condo -- Five Stars!

A nicely appointed and furnished unit that appears to have been recently remodeled. Comfortable beds and bedding; master bedroom and living room have nice views NE across the golf course; large patio area and front porch afford luxurious lounging opportunities in the morning and the afternoon. Well-appointed kitchen, nice appliances. The unit's location on the north end of Desert Falls puts it just 5 minutes from the Cook Street / 1-10 Interchange; this condo is a super-good jump-off spot for exploring the Coachella Valley and the Hi-Desert communities, including Joshua Tree National Park. Host "Drew" was dependably prompt and helpful.

Bit of a mixed bag

The property is in a nice position in this HOA development and is very safe and secure.Before even arriving we were warned about making too much noise by the property manager...!! At the security gate we gave our details as asked for by the guard, only to be accused by the property manager of using his name rather than ours and told that was a clear breach of the rules. We went back and sorted it next morning as the guard had put the wrong name on the guest section, however it was clear we were assumed to have checked in wrongly, rather than other way round. Not a good start. The apartment was very clean and well presented and internally is great for up to 6 adults. The outside space is on the small side with comfortable seating provided for only 4 and its pretty much impossible to get 6 adults round the dining table, and we are all pretty slim ! Only issue internally was that there are no dishes to put anything in for the microwave and only 3 large plastic glasses to take outside. Otherwise it's well equipped. Closest pool area is only a minutes walk and was clean and well maintained, definitely a good facility. All in all, we liked the apartment, just found the property manager a bit awkward to deal with when things didn't go smoothly. He can be a bit accusatory and tends to exaggerate a bit. Unfortunately we fell foul of this a couple of times and just found he jumps to conclusions quickly.

No better service anywhere

I've used VRBO for stays around the world and Drew was by far the best host. The home was beautiful, quiet, and close to everything. My son joined us from College and loved having his own suite with bathroom. Will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Drew’s condo with our family. Drew was the best property owner/manager we have ever dealt with. He was incredibly responsive to our questions and messages, and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that all of our needs were being met. Drew’s condo is among the nicest we have ever stayed in. It is very well stocked, beautifully updated, and was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, a/c worked very well, and the unit itself has pretty views and lots of natural light. We spent a lot of time at the pool as well, which was just a short walk from the condo. I would highly recommend renting this condo!
