This wonderful family friendly beachfront *Low Rise condo has a large wrap around balcony with multiple views of the Gulf & beach. You are just a few steps from the front door to the sugar sandy beaches. 2br/2ba has all the conveniences of home with new appliances, in-unit W&D and 2 new beds in second bedroom. Parking for two vehicles directly under the unit and one flight of stairs up to your front door. Living room has plenty of seating for your whole family.

Harbor House has all conveniences of your home.

Large wrap around balcony with great views of the gulf. Seating available to eat outside or enjoy your morning coffee. Direct sun throughout the day along with an overhang for shade when needed. Sit and listen to the ocean at night with your favorite beverage.

Full kitchen and updated appliances. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Full size oven and refrigerator for plenty of in home cooking. Wine glasses, shot glass, blender provided. BBQ grill outside, provided grilling tools, for the grill masters of the family.

The unit has one king size bed in main bedroom with direct access to balcony, great for morning coffee. Plenty of wall plugs for charging electronics. Large closest for clothes and storing suitcases, etc. We have also provided a few beach chairs for the family. Television with cable provided as well. You can also bring your firestick or roku for streaming.

The second bedroom has two brand new full size mattresses with a multiplug extension cord to charge phones, etc. The bedroom offers an on suite with stand up shower and toilet, along with a separate area for the sink and a place for the family to get ready. There is also a large closest for storage of suitcases and clothes. We have also provided some beach toys for the youngsters and the young at heart. This bedroom also offers television with cable. Can also bring your own firestick/roku for streaming.

The main bathroom has a tub for bathing the kids and vanity with plenty of underneath storage. AND original toothbrush holder and soap holder! Fancy...

The living area has a large smart tv with cable available. Bring your own roku or fire stick for all streaming options. You will be able to sit in your living room with amazing views of the ocean and beach. Plenty of seating for the whole family including poofs for the kiddos to nest on.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have 2 key fobs that control the gate for the pool and the private beach access gate.

The Neighborhood:
Gulf Shores has a lot of family friendly activities, with access to a multitude of shopping and dinning options just a walk or short drive away.

Getting Around:
You will be able to walk across the street to Pier 33 for groceries as well as coffee at West Beach Coffee Shop upstairs. You will be able to walk to a few resturants like Bahama Bob's, Jonino's Pizza, The Hangout.

Spring Break Getaway

This was our first family beach trip and Harbor House did not disappoint. The location was fantastic and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms. The main bedroom was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The condo had a great kitchen with wonderful appliances including washer and dryer. We loved being so close to the beach and felt safe too. Communicating with owners was simple with quick responses. We would be happy to recommend Harbor House to anybody.

Great Hosts at the Beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for our family of four. It was well stocked and had many extras that I didn't expect. The ease and proximity of the beach access can't be beat! Also, being right across the road from the Pier 33 store was super convenient.The furniture was comfortable and decor was beautiful. Tara, the owner, was wonderful and very responsive. I have absolutely no complaints and hope to stay again!

Heaven in the HEAT

Stay was absolutely perfect. Everything about this Condo was exactly as described. We loved the use of the beach items you had available. The whole place was clean and neatly decorated. The porch chairs were great. During our stay we were unable to communicate do to an issue with VRBO app, but that was definitely on our end, not yours. I have fixed it specifically to give this GREAT Review. We thank you for the hospitality and look forward to coming back in the future!

Excellent stay at Harbor House B17

This property has everything you need for a terrific vacation! I went with 2 of my friends and we all had comfortable accommodations. We took beach chairs but didn’t really need them as they furnish those as well. Don’t overpack because there’s a washer and dryer also. Hope everyone enjoys their stay there as much as my friends and I did! Tara will also contact you with instructions for checking in and out. She’s great! Happy vacation everyone!

We had a great stay! This property was close to shopping and restaurants (most a short drive). The beach was right there! The owners had everything we could’ve possibly needed on our vacation, even a step stool!

Everything was as it seemed in the pictures. The owners were great to work with! We had an issue with a television and they took care of it as quickly as they could. Would definitely rent from them again!!

Always love Harbor House

We have visited the Harbor House many times over the years. This unit is great. Fangastic corner balcony views, well decorated and updated. Communication with host was great. Highly recommend.

Harbor House - Outstanding Location

My name is Tara and my husband is Jeff. We would like to thank you for visiting our listing. Jeff and I reside in New Orleans with our four children. We are beach people that love to come over to Gulf Shores every opportunity we get.

Why they chose this property

We are so happy to offer our family beach home to you and your family. We love this property because how easy the access is to the pool and beach for us and our four children. We pull into our spot beneath the condo, run up a flight of stairs to the unit, and back out the door 100 steps to the sugar sandy beaches of Gulf Shores within 5 min.

What makes this property unique

The convenience of being able to walk out your door and have your toes in the sand within 2 minutes is fantastic for us and our children. We also love being across the street from our grocery store Pier 33 and our fav coffee shop West Beach Coffee House.
