From the moment you drive up, you are immediately taken in by the Key West style architectural design and tropical landscape. Open the front door to a large great room with cathedral ceilings, formal dining and kitchen area, catching your eyes to the beautiful pool and golf views!



The home is furnished with comfort in mind, beautiful colors, and tropical decor. The large living room has comfortable seating, flat screen OLED Smart TV with cable service, and a surround sound speaker system. The formal dining room has a table for 6 with an extension leaf to accommodate extra guests, perfect for all your holiday celebrations!



The kitchen has brand new stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of storage, lots of countertop space, and breakfast bar. Adjoining the kitchen is a casual dining area with a dining table for 6. Enjoy access to the deck and pool area from 2 master suites in a split floor plan, giving guests plenty of privacy.



The primary bedroom offers a King bed, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with cable service, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a beautiful whirlpool soaking tub, perfect to sit back and relax!



The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV also with cable service, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a separate corner style whirlpool soaking tub. The third bedroom has a Full size bed and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV ready for streaming. Bedroom four has 2 Twin beds. The 2 guest rooms share a bath that is set up as a Jack and Jill and is private to these rooms with a single vanity and a shower-over-the-tub combination.



Need an additional TV/den area while you vacation with us? Not a problem, adjoining the living room is a den with additional comfortable seating, perfect for you to pop the popcorn and enjoy your favorite movie! The pool bathroom has a single pedestal sink, walk in shower and access to the lanai area. The home has cable TV in the living room and 2 master bedrooms, and Wi-Fi. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer - All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers.This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



If you love to vacation with family and friends, this home gives you ample room to do so - perfect for entertaining! The pool and SPA have optional electric heat. The covered lanai has a lounging area with sofa, chairs, and coffee tables. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or dine on additional patio table with chairs. There is also a standalone gas grill. In the 2-car garage there are beach chairs - all for guests use.
