Extra Clean, Fully Renovated Beachfront Three Bedroom Condo on Madeira Beach 🏖️

This Beachfront Condo overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sits directly on the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach. Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building consisting of 50 units; all facing west. Our large private screened in balcony offers spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy a walk on the beach, watch the dolphins play, take a swim in the pool or just relax.

Right across the street is the famous Candy Kitchen as well as a popular Cafe'/Coffeehouse, the Sweet Brewnette. The newest restaurant is Caddy's, just a few steps away right on the Beach! Also within walking distance is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk where you'll find shopping, fishing, dining and entertainment. It's family-friendly fun on the Gulf Coast! We are located about 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport which makes this Condo the perfect beach vacation getaway.

Our unit, #209 is completely updated with everything in mind to make your vacation an enjoyable one. Spend time doing whatever makes you happy in our “home away from home”. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, quartz countertops and a pantry closet. You can sit at the counter or enjoy a meal at the dining table. The living room and all bedrooms have wall mounted Smart TV’s with free wireless internet. The master bedroom has a King Bed with attached closet and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed plus a Twin Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Twin Bed and full-size washer & dryer.

A nice place for a family vacation
The space of the condo was great. I have 3 elementary school aged kids and having enough space when we travel is always a challenge. The 2 bedrooms gave the kids options and the master on the other end of the condo ensured we wouldn't wake them after they went to bed. The beach was very nice. Its far enough away from the public beach to give a very private feel. Its close to shops and restaurants and it was very easy to get to Tampa or St. Petersburgh when we needed to.

Wonderful Condo on Madeira Beach
My family of 5 (3 kids age 11,9 and 3) just stayed at this condo on Madeira Beach and it was wonderful! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had so many beach umbrellas, toys, tents, and chairs! The beach was gorgeous, the pool was heated and comfortable. So much to do in the area, we walked for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night! We also could walk to Caddy’s for to go frozen cocktails! Everyone in the building seemed so nice and friendly!! The owners were super responsive - gave their cell for any issues - but we didn’t have any at all! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in - and we hope to come back!!

Lovely Beachfront Condo
The condo was well equipped and exceptionally clean. The view of the beach and the sunsets were spectacular. It was a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and amenities. We highly recommend the condo.

Great Condo on the Beach
The condo was updated with all the extras to make the vacation a super fun time. Lots of great beach toys and chairs available. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. Loved the location. The beach views were amazing. Loved the walkable location to Johns Pass and other restaurants. The trolley stopped right outside on the street. We enjoyed taking the trolley to clearwater beach and down to St. Petes beach. Our grandkids came down to visit and loved the Candy Kitchen right across the street. The Dolphins swam by most every day. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect family stay
This was a beautiful perfect stay for our family. We had 5 in our group and it fit all sooooo wonderfully. There was room to spare even. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, and the check-in process was very easy. The condo was beautiful and the updates were absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely clean. I will say every time we go on vacation. I always worry about how comfortable the bed is going to be and our beds were so comfortable. We chose this location also because the condo was close to the ocean and the sand is very fluffy! The owners are also very gracious and giving all the stuff that you will need for the beach and provided chairs and all kinds of beach toys for the kids so we didn’t have to purchase anything extra at all. The condo also has a heated pool which we got to enjoy with our kids and we also really liked a little cabanas right outside our rooms. We did get to see dolphins a couple of times right outside our patio and enjoy a couple of meals as a family out there as well. It was a perfect distance to get to anywhere we wanted to go and John’s Pass was literally a 10 minute walk or less and I really enjoy the coffee shop right across the street and my kids really enjoy the candy shop right across the street. They also have milkshakes! we are already talking about staying in this exact same condo next year. Honestly, the best condo we’ve ever stayed in overall with my family. Thank you so much to the owners. You guys are awesome!!!!!

My daughters and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Madeira Beach. The property is perfectly located, clean, and family friendly. I slept with the door open and enjoyed the calming sounds of the gulf. Plenty of restaurants and things to do with the kids. We had one minor issue and Cristin was flexible and communicative. She is an excellent owner and I am happy to recommend her and her properties. Lovely accommodations, beautiful view. Condo was very clean and had all the appliances you might want. Owner responded almost immediately with questions we asked before arrival. Lots of shops and restaurant and things to do at John's pass pier and boardwalk. We ate there several times and rented jet skis. Nice that it is within walking distance of this condo. All in all could not be happier with this rental.

Super Clean
This condo was one of the most cleanest condos we have stayed in, in a very long time. It’s great to go barefoot in a condo and not have dirty feet or have to wear socks. The A/C worked amazing it stayed so cool the entire time in the condo. Loved that!! Everyone was friendly on the complex. Really liked the fact that you had a certain key to access the property entirely. Made our stay feel very secure. Christin & Paul were extremely nice and always answered promptly of any concerns we had. Definitely would book with them again!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Well decorated and had just about anything you needed.
love the screened balcony with fan. The picnic area with tiki huts provided a good place to get out of the sun and share a meal. The beach is just steps away and the sand is beautiful white sand. Close to a lot of restaurants and of course across the street from Candy Kitchen.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Madeira Beach several times a year with friends and family for over 15 years now. It feels like a second home to us and our kids love it here. It's nice to be right on the beach and able to walk to nearby, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's very convenient and relaxing for us. We've made a lot of memories here and plan to make many more.
