Overview of condition of property
What should be improved: Parts of the house needed cleaning: the dining room and outside the barbeque was in dirty and broken. The cushions for outside, inside and the sofa needed cleaning. Cutlery needed such as bread knife. In good condition: The beds were fine/one bunk bed guard was dangerously loose. The kitchen was in good condition. The outside areas - chairs etc were fine. Bathrooms good The swimming pool was very clean Wifi was fixed for us and Electricity when it overloaded.

Great outdoor space
Great outdoor space with a fantastic pool. It was clean and the beds were nice. There was an good aircondition. The kitchen was okay, but we're lacking some basic kitchens tools. The area was amazing and a great beach. I would come back again.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Super Lage. Gepflegter Aussenbereich mit Sitzplatz bei Lounge/Pool. Hinter dem Haus gedeckter Sitzplatz mit Zugang aus der Küche. Küche klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet (Messer eher knapp). Klimaanlage super. Pool: 2x pro Woche gereinigt &Wasser kontrolliert, super! Mangel: Wasserstrahl Dusche im gr. Bad &Küche sehr schwach. Loungekissen fehlten die ersten 10 Tage (von 15)...X. war nicht wirklich bemüht diese zu finden. C. vom Büro Miami Platja war super hilfreich und reagierte schnell.

ACHTUNG ! So schlecht das wir wieder abgereist sind. Nicht zu empfehlen !
Wir haben kurzfristig das Objekt Ende September über " FeWo Direkt" und sofort bezahlt. Die lage und das wunderschön dargestellte Haus hat für uns den relativ hohen Preis gerechtfertigt. Als wir dort ankamen waren wir über den Zustand des Anwesen sehr erschrocken. Der gesamte Außenbereich war, bis auf den Pool, stark verwittert und dreckig, der Grill unbrauchbar, die Aussenmöbel beschädigt und die Auflagen hierzu schlichtweg vergammelt und verschimmelt. Auf den Bilder dargestellte Möbel waren erst garnicht vorhanden. Der gesamte Innenbereich war stark verschmutzt, das Sofa stockig mit Essenreste, Haaren und undefinierbaren Flecken versehen. Die hauseigene Klimaanlage war defekt und das aufgestellte Ersatzgerät ebenfalls außer Funktion. Die Betten waren zwar frischbezogen aber darunter mit Haaren und Flecken von diversen Körperflüssigkeiten übersäht. Die Küche war anscheinend vor Monaten das letzte Mal gereinigt und im Bad kam zum Schmutz noch Schimmel hinzu. Im gesamtem Haus war ein eigenartiger Geruch vorhanden. Das Haus ist so unbewohnbar und entsprach keinesfalls den Bildern im Angebot. Dem ganzem die Krone aufgesetzt hat die Aussage der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, das es kein Wasser im Haus gibt, was aber im Laufe des Abends noch in Ordnung gebracht werden sollte. Etwas später bekam ich eine SMS das das Problem an dem Tag nicht mehr, aber in den nächsten Tagen gelöst werden sollte. Ich habe dann umgehend mit der Firma Interhome Verbindung aufgenommen und zu Verstehen gegeben das ich das Haus so nicht übernehmen kann. Mir konnte auch nicht zugesagt werden das es am gleichen Tag in Ordnung gebracht werden kann. Ich wurde auf die nächsten Tage vertröstet. Nach meiner Einschätzung hätte man Minimum eine Woche gebraucht. Nach mehrmaligem Schriftverkehr mit Interhome wurde mir letztendlich mitgeteilt das ich keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung habe. Die Unterlagen sind jetzt bei meinem Rechtsanwalt und ich werde klagen. Also wer Geld zu verschenken hat kann hier buchen, wer nicht und einen schönen Urlaub verbringen will sollte hier Abstand nehmen.

Tranquilidad pero lo esperaba mejor
Cuando comparas las fotos con la casa, faltan sofás (tanto interior como exterior) chill out mal cuidado. El agua de la casa fatal, no sale casi caudal y nos tuvimos que ir sin ducharnos. Y algo positivo que tambien lo hay, camas comodas, piscina limpia y tranquilidad en la zona.

Entsprach nicht den erwartungen
Preis Leistung ist für dieses Objekt in keinem Verhältnis. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Ausstattung aussen und Innen. Zum Kochen musste diverses gekauft werden da die Ausstattung in der Küche mangelhaft war. Nicht mal ein Schwamm oder Lappen verschweige den Hilfsmittel für den Boden Innen zu reinigen waren vor Ort. Lounge aussen waren notdürftige Kissen dazu..... sorry, war das teuerste und schlechteste Haus in Spanien dass ich je gemietet habe für 2 Wochen. Strand ist 400m und nicht 50 m

Mediterranean at its best! For family & friends
Lovely stay in this quiet Villa, very comfortable for 6. Usefull inside, nicely seastyle dressed. The best is in the outside: Big and large natural garden, with lots of different spaces to enjoy: The big BBQ, the "chill out" space in the roof with a brreathtaking view over the sea. And, specially the terrace over de pool, is simply the ideal place to rest and have fun. The whole family had a very special time ! Pretty family beach within 2 min walk. Great surroundings, lots of places to dinner.

Podría ser perfecto, pero no lo es
En general medio bien, porque... Figuraba en la web aire acondicionado en la casa. Resulta que no funcionaba Colchones y almohadas incomodos. Una cama hacía ruido con cada movimiento. Hubo que dormir con colchón en suelo El lavabo de la cocina con palangana por goteo que había que vaciar diariamente Los baños apenas desaguaban y uno de los 2 era inutilizable por esta razón... El entorno, la ubicación ,la piscina, la barbacoa y el resto compensaban algo estos problemas... SI NO ARREGLAN TODO LO CITADO YO NO LO RECOMENDARÍA. ESTUVE A PUNTO DE PONER UNA RECLAMACIÓN. ES MUCHO DINERO EL QUE SE PAGA PARA TENER TODOS ESTOS PROBLEMAS
