Pool house with fridge, table tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Sandy beach "Playa de Tamariu" 1.5 km. Golf course 13 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
