Welcome to Maryann's Hideaway, where you can enjoy your piece of paradise. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a pool (not heated). The home has a private backyard for dining, grilling, and lounging by the pool. TVs have Netflix and the living room tv has cable. There is 4 car parking and a 5 min drive to the beach! Seminole City Park, Seminole Mall, and grocery stores are all within walking distance from the home.

Snowbird delight!
We enjoyed this great property in March of 2023. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with Publix, Sprouts, Aldi, and Winn-Dixie nearby. Pinellas trail is close by for biking/hiking. It's only 5 minute drive to beach and was a great location for trips to Tampa Zoo and the Tampa Aquarium. Our grand-daughter loved the afternoon dips in the pool. Marianna is a fantastic host and very responsive to any issues when they were brought to her attention.

Property in great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and to several fine beaches. Property was very clean. Had all amenities and more. The house is decorated very well and plenty of space indoors and outdoors.
