Relaxing River House on Trinity River

Our house is not the Taj Mahal but it is super cozy and a piece of heaven. The water is 4ft deep behind us and great to lay out in the tubes and relax. At night the stars are so bright and beautiful and our garage/ cantina is a great spot to hang out.

Great Place to Stay in Trinity

The description of the house is accurate - this place isn't the Taj Mahal. But from the moment I stepped inside, I could tell that the owners love this house and take good care of it. My stay there was comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. The host is very kind and quick to respond to messages. Checking in and out was painless. Be advised that accessing the property will require you drive down about a mile of unpaved gravel road leading to the neighborhood. Not a dealbreaker in my book, but I definitely needed a car wash when I returned home. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Trinity for the weekend and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place for family gatherings

We stayed for mine and my wife's birthday, we share the same birthday! We had some family and friends over for a little party and quality time. Everyone enjoyed themselves and our pets had a blast. The place was so welcoming and a great home feeling. Their was many games for everyone to enjoy. The paddle boat was used the most. The owner also had food in their for us to eat so we also left some of ours for them to use. Over all it was a great time.

Charmingly cozy

We had a conference at Camp Olympia (about 20 minutes away) and we got a outside cabin so friends could come and we could relax- it was perfect. The whole weekend was enjoyable- I was able to bake a cake and the washer and dryer was so nice to have! There is a Brookshire brother 2 mikes away so it was nice: although coffee was provided which was awesome! Theres plebty of room for people around the couch to watch a movie! I will be coming back!
