Condo is located on second floor and is literally steps from the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Free trolley that takes you anywhere on the island. Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Island is quaint, 'old Florida' setting. Lots of boutique shops and local restaurants. Come enjoy, relax and watch the dolphins from this beautifully decorated Gulffront condo. Beautiful view
This was a beautiful condo! It is just as described and directly on the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. We rented a golf cart to get around the island, which was great. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Sad to go home!

The best thing about this condo is the beach! Otherwise it wouldn’t be a great rental. The ocean might be warmer and cleaner than the shower and my hair felt sticky since I forgot my shampoo and there was zero provided. Overall, the beach was what we were there for and the weather was amazing!

Nicely located condo just steps from the beach. The condo has everything we needed for a short weekend. We really liked how it had the umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels for our use. The owner was readily available via text.

Calming beach views
The condo was in a perfect location for both the beach and in the town. It was exactly what we were looking for, with steps from the beach and beautiful ocean views right outside our door. We LOVED the chairs and table on the balcony, where we would sit at night to hear the waves and drink our coffee, doing the same, in the morning. Very clean condo and wonderful amenities too. Would recommend to anyone!

4th of July getaway
We had a wonderful time, again, staying here. Had minor A/C issue that was promptly fixed with excellent communication with owner. This is our go to place to do a little remote working while enjoying the beach and sunsets! Always an amazing time and can’t wait to go back

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, washer/dryer was great, everything we needed for the beach was provided. Beautiful condo with amazing views!
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was immaculate and the views of the ocean couldn't have been better. Bernard was an excellent host and was very responsive. We have already booked our return visit!

Small property 100 feet from white sand turquoise beach. You can hear the surf from the condo. Sunsets on the deck or sitting on the couch. Walking distance to everything. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Great communication by Bernie as well. Would stay again!

Very nice, well stocked apartment. Great view and location on the beach. Only downside, and not a major one, is the size of the bathroom, and not great water pressure or temperature in the shower. We would rent again.

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. The twin beds were not the most comfortable and there was a fair amount of street noise in that bedroom, but overall it's a great condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo seems to have been updated recently.

The closeness to the beach was incredible. We really enjoyed having the use of beach chairs and towels. You can just sit on the porch and watch the water and kids . Had everything we needed and we were able to walk to most everything.
