About this property

Step into your home away from home in this centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on International Drive. Less than 4 miles and 8 minutes from the all new Epic Universe. Not even 5 minutes away is Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Universal Studios is also minutes away and the Convention Center is also down the street. Heading to Disney? It is also just a short drive away. Countless restaurants, bars, activities, and dinner shows are just minutes away from our clean and quiet condo.

Our condo has been recently renovated and is ready to be your home away from home. It is a spacious and comfortable place with a balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and quiet grassy area.

This condo includes 2 bedrooms, and each room includes a Smart TV and cable channels. The living room also includes 2 full couches and a 55” Smart TV for streaming and cable channels. Free wifi is available.

The A/C is operated with an adjustable thermostat. Please, turn the thermostat back up to 76 when you check out.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom that includes a shower with bench.
The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and includes an iron and ironing board in the closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and it is separate from the vanity area.

Our kitchen has multiple coffee brewers for everyone’s taste. Kitchen cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, flatware and a filtered water pitcher is available. The toaster oven is also an air fryer and we have included dishes and flatware for kids, should you need it.

Located in a condo-hotel property which provides a front lobby with 24-hour staff available to help should the need arise. Check in is at this lobby where you will receive your key and access to onsite free parking. A convenience store is also located in the lobby with food and personal items available. There is a restaurant/bar available on site. It is open daily.

The exercise room is open 24 hours a day with access using your condo key.

Pool is open well into the night and includes a kiddie pool and hot tub. A playground and BBQ and picnic area is also on site. There is plenty of open area to enjoy the grass and shady trees, as well.
Room service is not provided during your stay as this is a PRIVATE owned condo and is operating as an AirBnB. However, should you need fresh towels and or linens, there are extra sets in the unit.
Washer and dryer is available 24 hours a day on the same floor as unit but is COIN OPERATED.
This is a pet free condo and NO SMOKING is allowed in unit.

We had a great time in your condo!! It fit the three of us very nicely! It was very accessible to restaurants, nail places and a barbershop!! TV’s were a little challenging at times!! Overall it was great!! We would come again!!

Mom/daughter weekend

This property was close to all that we had planned to do on our getaway weekend. The screams from the Sea World roller coaster surprised us as we got out of the car upon arrival, but we did not hear any other time we were outside. The location is surprisingly quiet given its location, tucked away on beautiful grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and property

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the OCCC and it is a fantastic location. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. The restaurant “Calypso” is also a gem. They serve a variety of cuisine that the whole family can enjoy, and the food is actually quite good. The staff at the restaurant was also fantastic. The pool onsite is straight forward, but clean and nice for a relaxing environment. This is a great property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and convenient place to return to after a fun day in Orlando.

Perfect stay

Communication with the host was perfect / location was 10 minutes from the convention center which is where we needed to go every day. There is a great restaurant onsite!!! Hidden little gem that had bellydancers on Friday night! The condo location is very quiet. On the 3rd floor so there was no one walking on top of us. Takes less than 2 minutes to go down the elevator to get to your car each day. Front desk folks were very friendly We really enjoyed our home away from home for the week.

The place was nice and just as the pictures. There was plenty of coffee, towels and toiletries. It was close to the Convention Center as I was in town for a conference. The communication was excellent.

Fantastic Stay

Stayed for 16 nights in this very clean and modern property. The location was superb and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Erica and Maes left us with lots of information regarding the property and were available for any questions we had. The only thing we noticed was one of the seats on the sofa felt uncomfortable, like it was about to break but everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean and Great Location!

Property was perfect! Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and listing pictures are accurate. This is a convenient location (right by Sea World) and close to other attractions/stores. Communication with owner was great and the employees in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Located on 3rd floor (top) and the building had many guests but it was very quiet inside!

If you’re looking for a great place near all parks for a small family this is your place!!

Completely renovated and very great communication with the manager!!! Convenient having something bigger than a hotel room for the family with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms and an area to dine at and living room! Laundry is two doors down open 24 hours $3 each wash/dry! Very close to seaworld, Disney and universal! The best part was the price was a great budget!

Nice and Modern, Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and pretty, with new, modern furnishings. Appreciated that the nice-sized bedrooms are are opposite sides, for privacy. The condo was conveniently located for our trip to Universal Studios. The owner was very responsive to all communications. The property was clean and exactly as represented in photos. There were numerous restaurants in close proximity, as well as a Walgreens and CVS. We would stay here again if coming to Orlando.

Loved staying here - Perfect location

We hit the jackpot with this 2 bedroom condo conveniently located near Sea World and just 10 minutes from Universal where we spent our time. Clean. Quiet. Just the right size for our family. 2 beds in the guest room made it easy for our 10 year old twins to share a room. Beds comfy. We used the pool several times in the evening, so that was a plus!

Great Location

This is a nice little hidden gem near all the parks. Walking distance to sea world for most. Near to restaurants and shopping. About 20/25 min from downtown Orlando and the stadiums. Unit was clean and updated . Right around the corner from the pool. Quiet at night and back off of one busiest thoroughfares. I recommend for families with children or adults needing a getaway.

Small family Convention Center trip.

This unit is perfectly located for any event at the Orange County Convention Center. Check in/out was a breeze and the meal we had delivered to the room was good! The condo is super well stocked with towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. There were extra fans for each bedroom! I couldn't give five stars for cleanliness because the floors were not very clean and I ended up sweeping and mopping them myself once we realized it. The linens were all fresh and spotless. We prefer more plush furniture and mattresses, and those items are on the firm side in this unit. If you prefer a firm feel, this unit will be perfect for you.

As advertised

The pictures show exactly what you're going to get. The hosts were responsive. It is in an older but clean (and getting updated) hotel/condo complex. Traffic light in and out of complex so easy to drive to and from. Fifteen minutes from nearly anything in Orlando. Note: if you stay a long time (I was there 3 weeks) you will have to buy paper products and wash your own sheets as apparently the complex charges the hosts if you ask for such things.

Wonderful Condo

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The communication prior to our stay was outstanding, with our hosts providing detailed information about the condo, the check in process, and the amenities. Check in was very quick and easy, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. There were additional linens, soap, trash bags, etc. The shower even had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner! Usually we are used to having to bring several items with us, or go on a Walmart run when we stay at rentals, but this condo had it all. The condo is right next to Sea World, and is within 20 minutes of both Universal Studios and Disney World. The hosts included a detailed book at the condo full of helpful hints and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and we would definitely stay again!
