The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the property manager was always great and friendly. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in, but Juan was always supper attentive and responsive. We needed a place where our kids would be comfortable for a couple of days as we were in and out of a wedding and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if needed.
The house was great we loved both the location and its amenities! We noted a leak around the hot tub, although we didn't use that feature. We also found that the ice dispenser on the refrigerator door appears blocked. Thank you for everything!
I like that the location allowed pets and the backyard was completely enclosed. The number of bedrooms and beds was perfect, especially the room with the 2 twin beds. We enjoyed a night in the hot tub and appreciate that the owners keep it ready for anyone who stays there.

All door ways to bathroom and bedrooms were very small especially the bathrooms not wheelchair accessible, stains on furniture and a lot of things need to be looked at especially the front door gets Jamed and hard to open also WiFi passwords need to be displayed and last thing as a a person who went through 3rd person vendor communication was a little confusing never got a response on Expedia when I messaged
Home is clean and well provisioned. Owner is responsive. We enjoyed the nearby Joshua Tree National Park and area. High winds on our second day did affect our plans but weather is not predictable.
The property looks mostly as advertised. My guests and I came to relax and get in the hottub. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy that amenity, as it was dirty, smelly and covered in mildew. The owner claimed it is cleaned weekly, but that seems to be untrue as there was dirt on the walls of the hot tub and Grey bubbles. There were other cleanliness issues, including the general smell of the house, towels left in the washer and dust that looks like it's been there since before Covid was an issue. Smell is generally an easy issue to remedy but the candles were all empty and set out purely for decoration. The bedrooms appeared as advertised but there were crumbs in the sheets at the foot of the bed, an indication that the beds were made but sheets were not changed.
Not a place I would come back to, or encourage anyone else to use either.
House well kept, clean, comfortable with good furnishings. Host excellent communicator. Did not use outside amenities cannot comment. Farther from downtown Palms Springs than thought, still ok distance. to drive. Would stay again.
Communication with Juan was seamless, house was comfortable for four adults and a dog. Dog was welcomed with a special bed that she loved. People beds were comfortable too. Kitchen is well equipped and, if we had chosen to cook extensively at home, we would have had what we needed. It's about a 20 minute drive to Palm Springs which gave us the ability to enjoy a spectacular view of the snow capped mountains. Would recommend this property highly.
House was very clean, and comfortable. There was 4 of us with plenty room. For the 2 nights there didn’t use much of anything, but essentials were.
We had a softball tournament and the house was very welcoming.
When I had questions the host Juan was on it.
Thank you again Juan.
We stayed at this property for a remote "work-cation" of just under three weeks. The home was clean and well maintained, and well-located to access either downtown Palm Springs or outdoor activities in the Joshua Tree National Park area. The backyard was a typical Desert Southwest lawn, i.e. lots of rocks and dirt, but fine for what we needed which was a fully-fenced area for our dog to run around in off leash. If you need greenery around you, there is a nice fully-fenced private courtyard-type area in front of the house that makes for a great oasis.
The proprietor Juan was very responsive before and during the rental, which was very much appreciated.
