The neighborhood is very quiet, and peaceful, giving off a small-town charm with city convenience ★ Located less than 10 minutes from I-35, Evo Entertainment, ACC, H-E-B Plus ★ 20 minutes from TSU and San Marcos Premium Outlets ★ 30 minutes from downtown Austin, UT, Texas Capital, Tesla, Jacobs Well, Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels, & more scenic places for hiking, kayaking, and spring pools!
The private room is furnished with a Queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattress, dresses with extra soft sheets and pillows, a working desk and chair, a small fridge, a microwave, and a walk-in closet. The room is #3, located on the left of the hallway next to the linen closet. You will be sharing the full bathroom with other guests.
Feel free to utilize our gym, laundry room, living room, and kitchen space. We hope to share and provide you with a good experience and have moments of rest, relax during your work or vacation.
