The Space:
Amazing second-floor, two-bedroom, poolside paradise awaits you in sunny Florida! Private balcony with magnificent view of the Laterra pool and courtyard invites hours of relaxation with family and friends. Full kitchen with essentials is ready for those chef-inspired meals to share around the high-top dining table. 55” Smart TV with streaming only is perfect for family movie nights! Apps can be accessed with guest’s personal subscription log-ins. Laundry closet in master bathroom has washer and dryer. Second bedroom has its own private entry with kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, 43" smart TV, and sleeper sofa for extra bed space. Recent upgrades to this unit include a new state of the art sofa and armchair with zero gravity, adjustable head rests, charging stations, USB ports, drinks holders and reading lights. Also, enjoy a good night's rest on the new Serta King innerspring mattress with Gel Memory Foam in the master bedroom. And the 2nd bedroom has a newly updated walk-in shower, new toilet, new vanity, and tile/marble from floor to ceiling. Kitchenette has 10 cubic ft. refrigerator-freezer, microwave, sink, air fryer, electric single burner and coffee. Upgraded wood laminate floors in common area and Master Bedroom. Ceiling fans in main area and bedrooms. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This unit has access to two elevators and grab bars in the master tub/shower.

Guest Access:
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
