A young secluded and magnificent 3600 sqft family home, minutes away from major biking trail and canal in Bourne at entrance of Cape Cod.

This 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms vacation home, sitting on a tugged away hillside, with 2 layers of deck surrounded, is truly a perfect place for large family gathering. There are 2 major bike trails close by. Fishing and crab catching on the canal are also very popular activities.

This location is very convenient to get to grocery store Market Basket and many great restaurants along the Canal, and has easy access to beaches nearby or around Cape Cod. At entrance of Cape Cod next to the Sagamore and Bourne bridges, it is closest to Boston from Cape Cod and makes it easier to head to Boston for a day trip (for fun or business).

The large size primary bedroom is privately located on the 2nd floor with high ceiling. It has its own private bath, and a slider opening to the private sun deck. On the 1st floor, comes with relaxing Jacuzzi, large patio and big size bedroom suite with its own large sitting area and bath.

Big rooms and good location. Not nearbeaches.

False advertising. You say the house is in west yarmouth when it is in bourne. Distances to various places were from west yarmouth. Very inaccurate and miss leading.

Large clean home close to Cape beaches

The home was as described - large and clean. Convenient location to the Cape beaches. Chen was very responsive and provided detailed instructions on the checkin and check out process.
