Two cozy bunks in the hallway are perfect for kids. The inviting living room features a comfortable, new pull-out sleeper sofa with access to a private balcony fitted with the perfect adirondack chairs to sit and relax while enjoying your morning or evening beverage all while taking in the Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing costal breeze. You’ll find the kitchen stocked with the necessities for your stay. This is the perfect beach space for a couple or family without compromising on style and luxuries. This complex, with direct access to the beach, features a large pool, bbq grill and picnic area, and an oceanfront sun deck to enjoy the sun without the sand! Perfect Coastal Getaway!

Our stay at Coastal Soul was terrific! The villa is beautifully updated with modern finishes, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches that made our trip stress-free. It was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed—beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and even board games.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Coligny Beach and close to great restaurants and shopping.The hosts honestly thought of everything, making this the perfect beach retreat. We would stay here again! I highly recommend it!

AMAZING!

My husband and I had the BEST stay here for our honeymoon! Derek is amazing and a great communicator. He ensured we had a safe arrival and was very gracious with check in and check out. The condo was so clean when we arrived, and we absolutely loved the location. We were a very short walk to the beach and perfectly located to all the great spots and restaurants in Hilton Head. The condo also had beach chairs, beach toys, board games, and many other great items that we used. We are so thankful for Derek and this condo, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

Coastal Soul was great. The location was awesome. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Derek was great to deal with. We had flight issues and got in a day late. He was in communication with us the whole time and reserved an extra night for us for free. We weren’t able to stay the extra night but it was helpful to have the extra time to checkout. I highly recommend this property!

Good location

Perfectly located to the beach, pool, bike rental place, park is walking distance so are the restaurants and shopping! The villa itself is small but we read that in other reviews so we were not surprised when we walked in. It was like tiny living for a week! The kitchen was stocked with most cooking utensils but we tried to make French fries one day and didn’t see a baking pan to cook them on. Also the frying pan was awful for cooking bacon. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing and the decor is up to date! I would recommend bringing extra beach towels as there is not a washer and dryer in the room it self and I was too busy soaking up the sun to do laundry in the public washers local on the property. The check-in process was easy and the host got us an extra parking pass last minute that we needed!

Small, but clean and great location

The location was great and the owners were really nice and easy to deal with. This definitely something outside the owners control, but this place was just too small for are family of 4. It would be ideal for a couple, or maybe with one child. While there were enough beds for us to sleep, there just wasn't enough room for us to move around and our stuff was everywhere given not much space to put things like suitcases, etc. The place was clean and we loved the location, but again just not a good size fit for our family and something for others to keep in mind, especially if you are an overpacker like me :)

Small and noisy

I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't get in, since the digital lock was on a timer. I called the owner and he changed the time so the lock would open. The rooms were exceptionally small, with the bedroom being only big enough for a queen size bed and nothing else. The closet was being used for a second TV and small dresser for clothing. If you wanted to hang any clothes up, you had to use a closet in the hallway with other storage. Two bunk beds in the hall were a waste of space. Both closet handles fell off whenever you opened the closets. During our stay, our view of which should have been of the ocean, was being blocked by an overflowing dumpster of garbage and drywall for the whole week. Every morning at 8:00 sharp, there was renovations going on directly below us as they were replacing the ceiling of the parking area. Drilling and hammering was constant from 8:00 to 4:30 everyday. The owner would have known that renovations were being done to the parking area and should have advised this ahead of time. Two days before we were checking out, the cleaning service was trying to get in to clean the room and questioned why were there? The owner was quick to reply to calls and handle any situation that came up. I wouldn't stay here again due to the size.

Great Stay!

Thank you Derek for great stay!! All the extras ( start off coffee, beach chairs and wagon and extra towels) were so nice to find on arrival. Condo is located on beach for easy access to walk in the mornings and Coligny Square any time. Highly recommend!

This was our first vacation as a family of four. Our experience was fantastic. The villa is conveniently located to the beach and attractions. The property manager answered my calls immediately upon arrival. I give this experience a 5 star.

Excellent location

First time at HHI and this was a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and pool was always clean. Pros: 1. Beach wagon was excellent that comes with the room. 2. Close to food and activities. It’s been a while since we have stayed in a condo, it met expectations. The bunk beds aren’t a true twin size, but it worked for our 5 year old. The airflow of the AC could be improved- thankfully the ceiling fans helped move it.

Perfect Stay at Forest Beach

I could not have been happier with this entire rental experience. Derek was a perfect host from start to finish. The condo is very modern and was spotless when we arrived. It was very well appointed and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we could've needed and a whole lot more. The bathroom had some shampoo and conditioner to get us started, There were plenty of bath towels and bedding. The bottle of wine and candy were much appreciated and a nice surprise. The beach chairs and beach cart were very nice to have. Enjoyed the balcony with a view of the ocean. Thanks so much for a great vacation. We will definitely be back...unless I buy a unit in this complex for myself!
