You enter this holiday home with a balcony and roof terrace on the ground floor. There you will find the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. From the master bedroom you can enter the sheltered garden through sliding doors, where you can enjoy the sun and sea air in all privacy. Upstairs you will find the living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa with a book or watch your favourite TV programme. From the kitchen, French doors open onto the roof terrace with a view of the dike and the Westerschelde. Enjoy your breakfast on the roof terrace, after which you can take a nice walk along the same Westerschelde that you admired during your breakfast. Your holiday cannot start any better than this, can it?

Grimaud 151 is situated on Kustpark Village Scaldia, a spacious holiday park on the coast of Zeeland. Within walking distance of the park, you will find a small beach. Ideal to relax or to play in the sand with the (grand)children. Or go out by bike, along deserted polder roads or along the Westerschelde. Via Breskens along kilometres of beach to the nature reserve Het Zwin, situated on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands. Kustpark Village Scaldia, in beautiful Zeeuws Vlaanderen, where you can enjoy peace and quiet and nature and where hospitality is our priority.

Leider kein Strand sondern Matsch. Treppen für uns etwas steil. Wohnung sehr schön aber im OG Küche und Wohnzimmer, unten Dusche Schlafzimmer. Grundstück leidert nicht Hundesicher eingezäunt.

Schöner Urlaub im Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sauber und die Gegend war ruhig. Der Park und die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt Spielplätze, eine Tischtennisplatte sowie einen Tennisplatz. Man kann sehr gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen.

Für die, die es ruhig mögen.
Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Haus wurde neu möbliert. Sehr modern und Licht überflutet. Nur für kleine Kinder und alte Leute nicht so geeignet, da die Treppe zum Wohnbereich sehr steil ist. Wir hatten das Pech das es sehr heiß war, da wäre ein Ventilator an der Decke perfekt gewesen. Die unteren Schlafräume waren aber gut temperiert. Der Garten braucht auch mal eine Generalüberholung. Aber trotzdem für uns hat alles gepasst und würden auch gern wieder kommen.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend
Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und das Haus schön gelegen. Leider war der Garten, natürlich auch aufgrund der langen Trockenheit, nicht schön. Unabhängig von mangelnden Regen war er aber auch recht verwahrlost. Der Zaun war (schon länger) kaputt und die Pflanzen sind auch länger nicht mehr gepflegt worden. Im Haus selbst biten der Wohn und Essbereich ausreichend Platz für 6Personen. Bis auf die Küchenzeile wirkte auch alles recht neu renoviert. Allerdings war auch alles ein wenig schmuddelig, Spinnweben an der Decke, Krümel der Vorgänger im Brotkorb und ein klebriges Treppengeländer. Das Badezimmer unten ist neu, genauso das WC. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist ausreichend groß, allerdings eher billig möbliert. Die beiden anderen Zimmer (jeweils 2 Einzelbetten) haben den Charme einer 80er Jahre Jugendherberge. (Sehr klein und ungemütlich) Leider war auch hier, unter den Betten, schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Auch bei den Bettüberzügen (die man nehmen muss!) mussten wir eine Garnitur komplett zurück geben. ( Auf dem Kissenbezug waren Abdrücke von Schuhen und auf dem anderen Überzug braune Streifen, deren Herkunft wir dann doch nicht ergründen wollten). Der Umtausch an der Rezeption verlief aber kommentarlos... Ich finde, wenn man schon genötigt wird, Wäschepakete zu kaufen und ein Putzteam zu bezahlen, dann sollte das Objekt auch in manierlichem Zustand übergeben werden. Wir empfanden den Mietpreis mit den zusätzlichen Nebenkosten deutlich zu hoch, für das, was man geboten bekommen hat!
