Awesome house

The house is wonderful. If you are working on getting steps in this is definitely the place. We did havr a plumbing issue but they jump on it. The issue was taking care of by the time we got back from our day out. Would absolutely look at staying again if we have another family gathering.

Plenty of rooms

This was a great place. Fit my large family easily. The only thing i would say is it just needs some maintenance done. Shower curtain rod in one bathroom is hanging down, missing a screw. Some of the chairs in the kitchen are a little sketchy. It would be nice if off the deck, there were stairs going down. There is no access to the ground from the deck. If you are wet and coming from the lake, you have to walk through the house to get to the deck.

Great Stay

We had a great week. We had 12 people plus 2 dogs the place had plenty of room for us all. We didn’t go to the lake that much. Spent most of our time at the pool and checking out different sites in Branson!! Great place! Thanks to our host Lily!!

Branson Family Vacation

We had a group of 25 people and this property easily accommodated everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the lake views, and the onsite pool and playground area for our littles. The pictures of this property are very accurate. We enjoyed our vacation thanks to Lily and Green Valley Resort.

Fantastic family vacation!

This property was just what we needed for our large family vacation. We had 10 adults and 4 kids (and room for the 3 adults who couldn't make it at the last minute) and it was great! We had space to gather together for meals, card games, etc., and space for ourselves if we needed a bit of quiet time. We rented a boat from the resort and that was a great experience for everyone. Communication from the host before, during, and after our stay was good! Highly recommend!

Great service

We had a great time at this location. We had an issue with the heater and within an hour they were there and done fixing it. Super quick to answer questions. The older home felt just like home. Loved it for our large family gathering. We will be back! Thank you so very much.

Comfortable and beautiful setting

We enjoyed our stay at Green Valley Resort with nice large cabin on the lake for our family reunion. Playground and pool were much appreciated. My favorite place was the screened in porch overlooking the lake.

Lake Trip

The lake and area is awesome. The home was very old and run down on the outside. Parking was challenging for the amount of bedrooms. Inside was Ok. Biggest grip would be the water quality.The pipes seem to be very old and rusted. Water smelled terribly. When we checked in there was no address on the house that matched what we booked. On arrival no one would answer messaging or phone calls to verify we where in the correct spot. Overall would not consider staying at this place again for the price paid.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The house need some TLC. Loved that we could just walk down the hill to the water. The swimming pool was awesome. The house water pipes were Rusty and made the water undrinkable.
