You will know you are on vacation from the moment you walk through the door. Every room is a reflection of life on the coast. Decorated with local art and photos of historic Gulfport. The furniture was custom ordered to ensure a look you won't find anywhere else. With an open floor plan, friends and family can visit with each other while sitting in the kitchen or reclining on the sofa. Soft cream hardwood floors flow throughout the house.

Each bedroom has its own unique style. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and 26'' wall mounted flat panel TV. Attached bathroom with antique claw foot tub and a walk-in marble shower. The second bedroom has a tall king size bed, and 32'' wall mounted flat panel TV. The third bedroom has two full size beds & 32" tv, & french doors leading out to the deck and backyard. There is another door leading outside from the side porch located in laundry room.

All three bedrooms have room darkening curtains for the times you want a mid-day nap after an early round of golf, a fishing adventure, or maybe all night gambling. When you are hanging out in the living room enjoy the huge 60'' TV in a custom built entertainment center.
We offer Directv Entertainment Package subscription, streaming live on living room. All bedroom TVs have firestick apps for various free streaming.

The house is located on a quiet historical street one block north of US90 (Beach Blvd). If you enjoy walks with your pet or family this is the street for you. We are one block from gorgeous white sandy beaches and a park is within walking distance with tennis courts and a playground.

Gulfport & Biloxi have numerous seafood and local restaurants. The closest & my favorites are less than a mile away.

Spend time outdoors in our yard, fully enclosed with a privacy fence. Cook on the charcoal grill while kids play on 'hopscotch' walkway. An outdoor table and chairs provides plenty of room for dining and a covered porch keeps you out of the sun while waiting on your meal. We just added a deck with pergola to the corner of the yard which provides more seating and night time ambience.

The Ship Island Excursion docks just two miles from the house. In just 10 minutes you are at the Island View Casino in Gulfport or in 20 minutes you can be at one of the many casinos in Biloxi. Take a day trip to New Orleans 60 miles away.

The golf courses are too many to name. We invite you to stay at the Gulf Breeze Cottage and enjoy the year round fun the gulf coast has to offer! Please note the maximum occupancy of 8 at the Gulf Breeze Cottage and minimum age of renter 25.

If you are not familiar with Gulfport there are a couple things we like our prospective guests to know. There are train tracks that run approximately two blocks north of the beaches. You will be able to hear trains run from most anywhere you stay that you have access to the beaches. We personally love the beaches and the water there. Some people though are disappointed since they expect large waves and clear water. This is the Mississippi Sound and the water has a murky quality to it. It is very shallow and you can walk out in it without it getting very deep for quite a ways. We find the beaches peaceful by our house and seldom crowded. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has their own opinion of the perfect beach.
