Good location, comfortable enough for a short stay
The property itself was a little sketchy looking when we got there. All the codes worked fine to get in, but when we got to the elevator to go up to the room, we noticed that the apartment, on the first floor, by the elevator was "condemned", so we were a little worried about what that was about. HOWEVER, the place itself was fine and looked exactly as pictured. The apartment did have an abundance of knats, but we just bought some fly paper and put it up and that fixed that. Overall, I'll give it 4 stars because we really had no problems at all and the location is perfect. It is central to pretty much everything in walking distance, including restaurants, bars, the ferry, etc... and it was comfortable enough for a short 4 night stay.

Never actually entered the property!
When I arrived at this property at nearly 8PM, the entry code provided did not work. Per the host's message ("Please contact me first, I will respond within 1 hour.") - I messaged through the app and also called the number provided. No response. I waited 30 minutes and messaged and called again. No response. I waited another 15 minutes; then messaged and called a third time. No response. After 65 minutes of waiting, I called the host again (no response) and had to frantically search for a hotel room. I FINALLY got a message from the host nearly THREE HOURS later - at 11PM. She apologized, said she had an emergency and did not have her phone with her. She also reiterated that the code should have worked (intimating that this was my problem, not hers). She offered to check the code the next day; she never responded to me about whether she checked it and whether it worked for her. I asked the host to refund my rental payment since I was never able to enter the property. She responded that she understood my concern however her "response time according to the app is accurate." I'm still not sure what that means; and her response time was not within her own timeframe provided. Did she expect me to wait for 3 hours to hear from her!? Until 11PM?! She then told me to work with VRBO on a refund. Which I will absolutely do! I do not recommend this property. I especially do not recommend this host. The communication was awful. And the lack of responsibility was even worse.

Weekend Stay
Very nice condo to stay the weekend in. Was very clean and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Lots of amazing walking distance things to do at the harbor.
