This is an amazing location, literally on the F1 track and across from the NEW FLAMINGO FAN ZONE on Koval Ave!! Check out my video. It is also a short walk to the Sphere Zone and Harmon Zone, the monorail and The Strip. Complex has free parking, outdoor grills, on site restaurant, on site mini grocery store, and more.

My husband and I have been an owner in this property for over 20 years. It is a great 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and whirlpool bath.
Why they chose this property
This is a great property. I go here every year, especially for conferences. It is a one-bedroom unit with a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and large jetted tub. The complex also has many amenities including a pool, fitness center, shuttle services, a great on-site restaurant and on site grocery store. Saves me a lot of money on food.
What makes this property unique
This is located one block behind The Flamingo and The Linq. Very walkable to The Strip.
