Nice weekend stay

Very convenient, good location, comfy room

Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better.

THIS IS A VACASA PROPERTY, NOT DIRECTLY VRBO. COMMUNICATION IS FULL OF CHATBOTS. RESERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The room was very clean. Some of the amenities were not available. If you 100% need Wi-Fi, so not stay here. Communication was terrible. On the surface it seems great, but they obviously use chat bots and talking to real person and someone local happens out of sheer luck. Coffee supplies would be nice for arrival. No Wi-Fi means no TV. If you just want a place to crash and that's it, this is your place. Would I stay here again, yes. But I now know what to bring to make my stay more enjoyable. No hair dryer provided, though stated as an amenity. Wi-Fi router is in unit 8 with a booster in unit 5. Still no Wi-Fi.

Cozy location

This property is walking distance to a lot of amenities: the Lake, not having to worry about finding a parking spot, CLOSE to restaurants and entertainment, and only a mile away from a grocrey store in case there's an emergency. What I would recommend is for the OWNERS to be in direct contact with the guests rather than a third party in Oregon. We didn't have hot water in this unit for two of the three days, nights we were in this unit only to wake up to a text from the owner this morning with the words, "it's working." To the owners, we, as your guests, should have been in contact with you from the get go. We thought the cold water issue was a goof and it turns out it wasn't. By the time we were about to leave, it felt as if we felt your ire when all we wanted was a simple amenity. I even said to your third party service in a text to them, "Well...the hot water was fun while it lasted. We just got back from the beach and it's gone, again. This is the second time in (almost) 24 hours. This doesn't help for a glowing review." Also, you might want to find another way to keep the bears out of your dumpster. The one that woke me up at 4am had a field day with the trash in your dumpster. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope future guests take heed of this review and get a faster response to things than we did.

Close to Northstar

Close for skiing, bed’s decently comfortable. Place is a bit smaller than the pictures make it look. Clean. Biggest issue is the Wi-Fi is slow and keeps cutting out. Slow to load photos and cannot watch videos.
