Sit back on the deck, grill out and enjoy the Des Moines River view. This outdoor area has room to play, relax and enjoy nature! Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fishing, sitting at the swing gazebo with a fire pit, playing outdoor games, or just relaxing while the sun goes down over the river.

This Army Veteran owned one-room cabin has one Queen-size bed, one fold-out chair bed, and a loft area for sleeping. This cozy cabin has a smart television, DVD player, free wi-fi, and an electric fireplace to enjoy inside. Could be nice
We needed a quiet weekend away. This location looked like it would be perfect. It was beautiful and rural. However, the owners house is close and Friday evening they went downtown. Their dogs barked at every noise. Not peaceful. Saturday evening the owners had guests over to watch a game on an outdoor tv. Not peaceful. If those things were different my review would be different.

All we can say is Awesome!
Loved staying there from the time we stepped onto the property to when we left. Everything you need and did not know you needed is there. You can spend the whole weekend out in the yard. There is horse shoes, corn hole, benches by the river, swing chairs and hammock chairs around the fire. Movies for the dvd, pop corn, I can go on and on. The beds were very comfortable, nice kitchenette, roomy bathroom with shower. The peace and quiet is just what you need. We brought everything and after being there and saw what was there half of it ended back in the van before we got settled. We are thinking about coming back and even having a Mother, Daughter get away. We rented out the rv in two weeks we just can't wait!
