* Two Spacious Bedrooms**: Each includes a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, while the second has two Twin XL beds.

* Chef’s Kitchen**: Fully stocked for home-cooked meals, complete with a Keurig, cooking oils, and spices.

* Flexible Dining**: Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen island with seating for four.

* Private Balconies**: Enjoy two separate balconies with stunning views of 8th Street, ideal for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

* Extra Sleeping Space**: A comfortable pullout sofa in the living area is available for additional guests.

* Convenient Laundry**: Full in-unit laundry facilities with detergent are provided for your use.

Great condo overlooking 8th street in downtown Holland. We loved it so much-steps to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Clean and beautiful-we didn’t want to go home!

Excellent location

Easy check in and owner was great with communicating! Location is phenomenal- you are right in the middle of everything! Lots of things are within walking distance. My only suggestion is bring a set of towels for the day of checkout because you have to leave the towels washed and dried upon checkout which makes for a late night doing laundry and no towels in the morning.

What a wonderful condo!

I was missing my son who attends Hope College and thought I would drive from Ohio for a visit. I decided I wanted to stay someplace other than a hotel and found this gem! It is beautiful and well appointed. (And I am picky😉) I had such a great visit. I felt like it was such a treat! You will not be disappointed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tulip Time

I visited Holland in late April with my friends/family and we had a wonderful time. The tulips were in full bloom and the downtown area was absolutely charming. Our accommodations at The Evelyn couldn’t have been better! The location is in the heart of downtown with lots of quaint shops and restaurants all just steps away. The property itself is stunning. Amy and Chris did a fabulous job with the design and interior decor. As you can see from the pictures, it’s beautiful. There’s a living area and balcony on each floor so plenty of room to gather/entertain. The owners were great with the communication and all property instructions were clear. Chris even personally introduced himself when we were departing and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Stunning Property

Our first stay in Holland and it was fantastic! The location is great and the condo is just beautiful. Definitely 5 stars and sitting on the upstairs balcony overlooking the shops and tourists is a great way to relax. Impeccably furnished and the owner (Amy) provided the best recommendations for food, entertainment and sights. Our favorite was dinner at the Hops! Sat at the bar waiting for our table and having so much fun we ate at the bar listening to a small band and watching the US Open. Coming back to the condo absolutely topped off the evening. A perfect place and we look forward to coming back to Holland again and staying here again. Ann & Jon Bell

Right in the heart of Holland, MI

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Holland. Located in a beautifully restored building with two private decks overlooking 8th street, this spacious property is thoughtfully furnished including luxury linens and a well-appointed kitchen. From the initial inquiry to check-out, the property managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to return!
