Awesome 1 bedroom condo with a cloud like, comfortable, queen size mattress, topped with a 3 in mattress foam topper. There is also a 24 inch premium air matress. Linens provided. Fully loaded kitchen. Beautiful patio for your relaxation. Year round heated pool and hot tub. Centrally located next to the beach at Rotary Park. Just down the road from the movie theater, restaurants and London Bridge. Very quiet and friendly community. Only 2 minutes to the beach. Boat parking available. Pet friendly. Can have 1 dogs upto 20 lbs. $75 per dog. No cats.

A few years ago, my family came to Lake Havasu to jetski under the London Bridge. We fell in love with the place. And now we rent out our condo so other people can enjoy a bit of heaven. We even own the official lake havasu events page.
Why they chose this property
When we first came to Lake Havasu, we rented a condo in this complex. We fell in love with the community and the location.
What makes this property unique
We have created our condo into a beach theme. This unit is a corner unit, and is very close to the pool. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 8 minute walk to the beach.
