→ Internet: Wi-Fi is provided via Starlink satellite. It works great most of the time, but heavy storms may cause temporary latency.
→ Hot Tub Rules: Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.
→ No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the property, we will charge an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave.
→ Safety Cameras: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in place. Tampering with these devices is not permitted.
→ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. This helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for both parties.
→ Wildlife: Our cabin is tucked away in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife. The cabin has a metal roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience! While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one—whether in the park or near the cabin—please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction.
→ Early and Late Checkouts: We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour.
→ No Open Flames or Candles: For the safety of all guests and our property, open flames of any kind—including candles—are strictly prohibited. A $100 fee will be charged if this rule is violated, plus the cost of any damages incurred.
