We offer you an unforgettable holiday in our apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped small kitchen with microwave, a living room with sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60 m for another person), satellite TV, air conditioning and terrace / balcony. Parking is right outside the door.

On request we can arrange a transfer from Dubrovnik Cilipi Airport.


Our house is located on the Dubrovacka Rijeka in close proximity to the marina of Dubrovnik. The old town of Dubrovnik is 6 km, the bus station 5 km and the airport 25 km. The city center and beaches of Lapad can be reached by regular bus service. The bus stop is right outside the door and the buses run at intervals of about 15-20 minutes. A supermarket, pharmacy, bank and post office are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.

Sehr zu Empfehlen :)
Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in Dubrovnik gemacht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt und konnten auf dem Weg zur Wohnung nochmal anhalten, um einkaufen zu gehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einwandfrei.

Un agréable séjour
Cet appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce et aux photos. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Lidija, qui est très sympathique. Le logement est situé à 30 min en bus de la vieille ville. L'arrêt de bus se trouve au pied de l'appartement ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer

Great Spot
A little bit outside of the main tourist areas, Lidija's space is affordable but beautiful. The view of the sea is wonderful, and the bus stop is close by to easily get to the more expensive areas. I would also like to commend Lidija's mother's hospitality, and the presentation of the space. Air conditioning is a major bonus as well. Overall, 5/5. We will recommend

A great stay in Dubrovnik
We had the pleasure of spending 6 nights in Lidija Wiese's apartment. We stayed on the top floor. The space was more than adequate. The view to the bay was spectacular, especially in the morning sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee. The apartment was well stocked with all the supplies one could want from kitchen appliances to bathroom necessities. Especially loved the shower, the best of our 18 nights in Croatia. Lidija wasn't in Dubrovnik at the time, but her mom was a very gracious hostess. She showed us a quick path for a 5 min walk to the grocery store. She even provided a nice bottle of red wine for our enjoyment. There is a great restaurant just a 5 min walk from the house that serves excellent food at very reasonable prices. The bus stop was directly across the street from the home. It was a short 20 min bus ride to the Pile Gate in Old Town and much cheaper than trying to drive and find parking which was crazy expensive. Finally, for a small charge, we were provided with excellent transportation to the airport for our very early morning flight. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. It helped us enjoy our time in Dubrovnik.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!
This cozy apartment was ideally located near a bus stop for going into Dubrovnik where it is extremely difficult to find parking. Also, if you have a car, you can go to Montenegro for a day trip. Lidija's mother greeted us upon arrival and offered cold drinks and a couple of day later she had given us a bottle of red wine along with fresh grapes. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, roomy and had a good size bathroom with a great shower. The balcony was great to sit out on overlooking the inlet. The Internet speed was good as well. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!!! Gastfreundschaft nicht zu übertreffen!
Wir haben 5 Tage im Appartement verbracht und sind mehr als begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt! Das Appartement hatte eine tolle Größe, war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Dazu konnten wir die Seitenterrasse benutzen, die auch noch Meerblick hatte. Übertroffen wurde das Ganze noch von der unglaublich tollen Gastfreundschaft seitens Lidijas Mutter, die uns herzlichst empfangen hat und sogar am ersten Abend zu einem Straßenfest am Hafen gefahren hat. Ansonsten ist die Lage auch absolut zu empfehlen, da alles mit dem Bus 1A zu erreichen ist. Zur Altstadt fährt der Bus ca. 25min. Ein Steinwurf vom Appartement gibt es direkt eine Bademöglichkeit, die abseits vom Trubel eine gute charmante Alternative zu den gewöhnlichen Stränden bietet. Alles im allen kann ich es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wenn es mich nochmals nach Dubrovnik verschlagen sollte, würde ich definitiv wieder dieses Appartement buchen.

10/10 The Best Place and Hostess We Have Ever Had!!!
We have travelled the world and this is the Best Place We Have Ever Stayed! The service, time and care this family puts into your experience as a guest is second to none! From the get go Lidija was great, she kept us really well informed helping us with directions and buses to catch to get to the apartment, it was only a short trip from the Old Town! Lidija's response time to emails was really quick too making organising our day really easy! Since Lidija was out of town she told us her mum would be looking after us...what an amazing, kind, hospitable and genuine lady she is! Greeting us with a big smile she made us feel right at home, nothing was ever too much trouble and she even made us lasagne for dinner on our last night...which was yum! The apartment was IMMACULATE, with all the amenities air con, fridge, heaps of cooking utensils etc and there is a lovely little restaurant about 3mins walk for dinner too. The view from the balcony was lovely over the water and the bus stop is just at the bottom of the drive way so easy to get to the center for tourist activities etc. The perfect place to relax and see the sights of Dubrovnik! If we are ever in Dubrovnik again we will definitely be staying here! Danke schön, lots of love, Richard and Domi

super Urlaubstage
Noch nie wurden wir so nett begrüßt in einer Ferienwohnung. Kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Gebäck und ein Rundgang mit unserer Vermieterin zu den wichtigsten Zielen, zum Einkaufen, zur Bank, zur Post und zur Apotheke. Für den abendlichen Absacker bekamen wir den kürzesten Weg zur Bierbar gezeigt. Vom kurzfristigen Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel und der Sauberkeit waren wir sehr angetan. Selbst um unseren Müll mußten wir uns nicht selbst kümmern. Die herzliche Betreuung konnten wir bis zum letzten Tag genießen und mit jeder Frage, zu jeder Zeit vorsprechen. Diese Betreuung war einmalig.

Perfektes Appartment
Wir waren in der ersten Augustwoche bei dir, Raza, und sind voll des Lobes! Angefangen beim Abholen aus unserem ersten Feriendomizil über deine netten Gastgeschenke, perfekter Service durch Bettwäsche - und Handtuchwechsel, Ausflug nach Bosnien und als Krönung ein persönliches Abendessen! Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet(besonders die Klimaanlage war sehr wichtig, bei tropischen Temp.!)und der Ausblick ist grandios! Mit dem Bus, direkt vor der Tür, ist man schnell in Dubrovnik . Empfehlenswert ist die Taverne, in 100m Entfernung, direkt am Wasser! Bei günstigen Preisen, leckerem Calamares und romantischer Stimmung hätten wir gerne mehr Abende dort verbracht! Rundum: ein schöner Urlaub bei dir - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Wir waeren gern noch länger geblieben!!!
Wir können uns unseren "vorrednern" in allem nur anschliessen. jedes detail, was hier beschrieben wurde, können wir genauso bestätigen. ein soooo blitzsauberes Apartment, mit soooo netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, zu soooo einem günstigen preis, mit soooo guter Verkehrsanbindung und soooo gutem service ist heutzutage eine absolute seltenheit! und neben saft, kaffee, keksen und selbstgebackenem kuchen zur begrüßung gab es dann in den nächsten tagen noch biotomaten, für die kinder toastbrot und kakao und als krönung superleckere palatschinken mit schokolade. hier fühlte man sich wirklich "wie bei Muttern". Wir wollen auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen urlaub, den wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienapartment
Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch und bequem eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Buslinie mit der man innerhalb von 15 min. in der Stadt ist.Ein Supermarkt sowie eine Bank sind ebenfalls zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin sind super nett und hilfsbereit und versorgen einen mit Informationen rund um die Ortschaft. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Dejlig og fredelig lejlighed tæt på Dubrovnik.
Straks vi ankom til lejligheden, blev vi modtaget utrolig venligt. Vi fik en forfriskning ved ankomsten, hvilket var dejligt. Lejligheden ligger lige udenfor Dubrovnik og med busstopsted lige nedefor huset. Det tager kun 20 min og man er inde ved det gamle Dubrovnik, som er et "must" at se. Lejligheden er indrettet med alt man har brug for og er ren og pæn. Håndklæder og sengetøj bliver løbende skiftet. Super. Værtinderne er meget behjælpelige med informationer, som man måtte få brug for. Vi blev behandlet rigtigt flot med super betjening. Vi følte os meget velkommen. Mange tak for en super god oplevelse. In guten Händen
Über das Durchstöbern verschiedener Ferienwohnungen im Internet sind wir auf dieses wunderschöne Appartement mit Meerblick gestossen. Ausschlagegebend für die Buchung waren die guten Bewertungen, die wir hiermit voll unterstreichen möchten. Wir waren für neun Tage in Dubrovnik und waren zum einen begeistert von der gemütlichen, kleinen Ferienwohnung zum anderen verzauberte uns unsere freundliche Vermieterin mit Insidertipps und einem unglauchlichen Service. Zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir haben eine wundervolle, erholsame Woche im August in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht - wir wollten vor allem Entspannung, Sonne und Ruhe genießen. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, hatten aber alles, was wir brauchten erreichbar: Supermarkt fußläufig , die Bucht (kein Badestrand) um sich abzukühlen, ein Bus, der wenige Meter vom Haus abfährt mit Endstation Altstadt Dubrovnik. Es gibt zwei Ferienwohnungen - eine davon mit Balkon, die andere verfügt zwar nicht über einen eigenen Balkon aber die Zugangsterrasse mit Sonnenschirm gleicht das allemal aus - da man dort quasi auch allein ist. Schöne, sehr saubere Apartments und eine sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Es war absolut genau das Richtige. Perfekt!

Tolle / Saubere FeWo & hilfsbereite Vermieterin
Wir waren für 5 Tage bei Frau P. in einem von 4 FeWo. Zu Beginn wurden wir gleich freundlich gar herzlich begrüßt. Kein aufgesetztes Grinsen wie in einigen Hotels. Einfach eine freundliche Begrüßung. Die FeWo war genau wie beschrieben und wirkte gar etwas größer als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Zudem war die FeWo tip top sauber. Auch am Badezimmer war rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Die Fahrt nach Dubrovnik mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist wie in dem Inserat beschrieben total unkompliziert und vermittelt gleich einen ersten Eindruck über die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieterin, ich möchte sie eher Hausmama nennen, war sehr nett und hat gerne Auskünfte über die Region und die Stadt Dubrovnik gegeben. Insiderwissen welches man im Tourismus-Center nicht bekommen hätte. Von dieser Stelle nochmals ein großes Dankeschön von Anna-Lena und Dawid für die schöne Zeit !!!

Eine tolle FEWO mit einer herzlichen Vermieterin
Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft für alle, die Dubrovnik und Umgebung entdecken wollen. Sehr angenehm die Vermieterin, die uns schon am Anreisetag sehr herzlich begrüßte und mit einem Abendessen überaschte. Desweiteren wurden wir mit vielen Info's versorgt und lernten bei gemeinsamen Ausflügen auch Orte kennen, die ursprünglich nicht auf dem Plan standen. Unvergessen der Ausflug zu einem Weinberg (Grüsse an Drako) und zu dem tollen Fischrestaurant. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet und überragend sauber. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Durch die Busverbindung nach Dubrovnik kann das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben. Herzlichen Dank für die viele Mühe und die schöne Zeit.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt - sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben uns in diesem Feriendomizil sehr wohl gefuehlt. Lidijas Mutter ist entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen und betreut ihre Gaeste sehr liebevoll. Es liegen viele nuetzliche Informationen auf. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemuetlich, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, es ist ruhig und trotzdem kann man Dubrovnik mit den oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und fast rund um die Uhr erreichen. In der Naehe gibt es schoene Buchten und Straende, aber auch interessante Staedte/Ortschaften und Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Es findet sich fuer jeden Geschmack etwas Reizvolles. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Wie bei Muttern
Dass es an unserer Woche absolut nichts auszunetzen gibt, hat zwei Gründe: Zum einen das toll eingerichtete Appartment, das einfach zu finden und ideal gelegen ist. Ruhig, der Bus in die Altstadt fährt vor der Tür ab. Die anderen Ziele sind von dort aus einfach anzufahren Der andere (und viel wichtigere Grund) ist die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Mutter der Vermieterin: Wein,Slivovitz, sogar eine Essenseinladung und Tipps für alle Bedürfnisse, sogar für uns Raucher. Heisser Tipp für alle, die einige entspannte Tage in und um Dubrovnik verbringen wollen.
