We had a great time at our stay in Rockport… Andy was very helpful with directions and suggestions in the area…it was a very quiet and private area to retreat back to after a day of beautiful sightseeing… I highly recommend
This is a great place to stay. Very convenient for exploring the mid coast of Maine. Lots of excellent hiking trails and restaurants near by. The property was very nice with harbor views in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property was as advertised, very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay - an easy place to relax. We would definitely stay here again. The host provided great information on the area and was just a phone message away if we needed anything.
Great stay in a great place.
The property was just as described and the area was extremely charming and beautiful. Loved hanging on the porch, walking to the private beach, and exploring the nature walk nearby. Communication with the host was great and would definitely stay again!
Wonderful week at a cozy cottage in a wonderful location!
Spent a lovely week at the cottage, perfect for two, with harbor views, in a quiet location yet easily accessible to restaurants, shops, and whatever else.
If you're looking for a place on the water in Maine - this is it! We could not have been in a better location - within minutes of Rockland, downtown Rockport, and charming Camden!
Mornings were spent on the back deck watching the boats and nesting osprey with a cup of coffee. Perfect!
The home is in a quiet, private, and safe location; it had everything we needed to be comfortable in our home away from home.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor accessible via spiral staircase. We had no problems, but they are quite narrow. Truly they added to the charm.
The site manager was so kind, informative, and patient... we were a late arrival and he graciously met us well after 11pm in the rain to let us in and give a short tour. (Andy is a true gem!)
We would absolutely stay at this sweet location again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is an amazing property. The private beach is great and it is in walking distance of town. I would caution anyone over 6 foot to stay here as the ceiling to the loft was a bit low and the spiral staircase to the loft is tight.
Beautiful property with outstanding water views and great location. Downstairs carpet in need of being replaced. Private beach and deck are lovely to enjoy any time of the day or evening.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. It is situated about a 5 minute drive from downtown Camden and 7-10 mins from downtown Rockland. It is a cozy spot with a beautiful view of the small harbor outside from the outdoor deck. Overall, we had a lovely time and slept well. I will say, if you are very tall (over 6'3"), large, or have bad arthritic conditions you will probably have difficulty ascending the spiral staircase to the bedroom. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
Absolutely breathtakingly lovely to look over the beach & harbor. Watched the osprey build their nest and enjoyed the comings and goings of the sailboats right off the float. The actual wave sound sweeping the beach and rocks lulled me to a wonderful deep sleep every night.
