Gute Lage, wurden leider von ekelhafte Kloakengeruch begrüßt
Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung und eine tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch mega zentral. Die Ausstattung ist gut und gepflegt. Leider wurden wir beim Öffnen des Appartements von einem ekeligen Kloakengeruch begrüßt. Wie sich erst nach Tagen herausstellte, war der Abfluss der Dusche defekt und konnte auch nicht während unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden. Das Team war schon bemüht, hat uns eine Flasche Wein geschenkt und einen Tag gutgeschrieben. Allerdings hätte der Defekt früher (vor unserem Eintreffen) erkannt werden können - zumindest bei der Raumpflege. Das hat keinen guten Eindruck gemacht.

Die Lage und die Wohnung selbst haben uns super gefallen. Das Oberlicht über dem Bett ist leider nicht optimal. Negativ war nur, dass die Abflüsse unangenehm rochen, da half auch kein Dauerlüften.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem (kleinen) Handicap
Die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Sehr gut gelungen ist die Modernisierung des Altbaus. Hinweis zur Tiefgarage am Luisenplatz war sehr hilfreich. Problematisch war lediglich die Lage der Ferienwohnung in der engen Sackgasse bei der An- und Abreise, um das Gepäck und die Fahrräder ab- bzw. aufladen zu können.

Beurteilung der Wohnung
Schlüsselübergabe kompliziert. Falscher Schlüssel im Safe. Mußten auf den richtigen Schlüssel warten. Doppelbett Couch war nicht richtig funktionsfähig. Zu wenig Besteck. Kleine Gabeln fehlten ganz. Wenn eine Spühlmaschine vorhanden ist, muss mehr Besteck und Geschirr da sein. Keine Eierbecher. Keine Teekanne.

Gerne wieder
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen Potsdams. Trotz der Hitze draußen , war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Es war alles da was man braucht. Durch den kleinen Innenhof war es trotz der Nähe zur Fußgängerzone ruhig und man kam mit den netten Nachbarn ins Gespräch ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Lage um die Innenstadt von Potsdam zu Fuß zu erkunden. 2020 entsteht direkt neben der Ferienwohnung in der obersten Etage eine Dachterrasse.

I was very happy with my experience, from the customer service to the state of the apartment. I had a number of questions before and after deciding on my choice and the manager provided prompt and full replies. The apartment was clean and provided the basic needs that I required. I would consider staying thee again.

Tolle Fewo in Superlage
Die im obersten Geschoss eines renovierten Gebäudes gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, um auch mal was Anspruchsvolleres als Nudeln zu kochen. Die Dusche bietet genügend Platz und hat auch ausreichend Wasserdruck. Durch die zentrale Lage können die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Potsdam zu Fuß erreicht werden. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurant finden sich in sehr großer Zahl durch die Lage in der Altstadt innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn wir überhaupt was vermisst haben, dann eine Ablage für Seife etc. in der Dusche, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Potsdam kommen wir gerne wieder.

Modern, gute Betreuung durch Verwalter und sehr sauber. besonders für Fahrrad zu empfehlen. Weite Wege zum Auto sind der kleine Wermutstropfen.

schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage
Wir waren 6 Tage mit unserem kleinen Sohn in Potsdam und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Aufgrund der Lage absolvierten wir alle Ausflüge zu Fuß, dies war sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir mitten in der Stadt wohnten lag die Wohnung sehr ruhig im Hinterhof. Sie hat für 2,5 Personen die ideale Größe, ist schön sowie modern eingerichtet und wir verbrachten gern die Zeit dort. Auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer möchte man als Erwachsener nicht wirklich die Nächte verbringen. Aber das ist wohl bei den meisten so. In der Küche fehlten uns einige kleine Dinge wie große Kaffeetassen und Kochlöffel. Aber dies ist Jammern auf höherem Niveau. Ein Radio oder eine Bluetooth-box vermissten wir dagegen wirklich. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert.

Neuwertige Dachgeschosswohnung
Guter Standard, sauber und ordentlich Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung fehlen noch, wie Haken im Bad und Küche. Abfluss in der Dusche läuft nicht ab.
