Gem in the Rough
This house had many positive aspects to it and a few things that could be improved. I will start off by saying that we would stay here again without hesitation. The owner was quick to respond to issues and had someone fix issues promptly. 90% of the house has been redone and is clean and in very good shape. The third bedroom needs work but I hope it will eventually be like the rest of the house. - It is the only big issue if you are planning on using the third bedroom. The carpeting needs to be replaced and could use the ceramic tile flooring used throughout the rest of the house since it is beyond cleaning at this point.. The kitchen could also use more dinnerware. They only have 6 place settings. The house can hold six people easy and if you eat more than one meal a day at the house you are washing dishes all the time. The utensils could also be upgraded as the knives barely cut food - They just need to get silverware that most normal homes have in their kitchen. Finally, The Nest Thermostat is a little tricky. It has an occupancy sensor that changes the temp "82" when people are not present. This can be a shock when you come home from the beach Hot and walk into a warm house. The weather was fairly nice and cool when we were there. It took a little to get use to but it was still a minor inconvenience because the weather was not hot. The items I have mentioned were minor for us and overall it is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. I think it would be a great place with some minor changes and upgrades. The back yard seating area was nice and we enjoyed sitting out back in the morning and evenings. The Charcoal Bar B Que grill is almost new. Again, it is a nice house with potential to be a great house. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend to stay in this place it just needs a few upgrades and changes to make it fantastic.

The property is lovely. We enjoyed our stay after we resigned ourselves to some hazards the house had. Stair step from kitchen to dining area is a trip hazard. There were mice in garage which we had to go into since freezer in house was unusable. The carpeted bedroom floor had multiple stains.

Nice place
We stayed here while visiting family for my cousin’s wedding and overall it was a great place for what we needed and the location, being that the wedding venue was only 10 minutes away. The pictures represent the house accurately- it’s very nice and comfortable. There are a few things we thought could use a little attention though: 1. The refrigerator/freezer was still not working and beeping consistently upon our arrival even after previous reviews from November (3 months ago) were also noting the broken freezer. We ended up unplugging the unit in the kitchen to stop the beeping and just using the fridge/freezer in the garage for our stay. 2. There is a large hole in the fence so while it is dog-friendly, you have to watch your dogs closely so they don’t wander next door 3. There’s a foosball game but no foosball ball, which our 6-year-old was a little bummed about. 4. Tiny bugs in kitchen and crawling on me on the couch 5. No water pressure in kitchen and faucet doesn’t move 7. AC difficulties - it’s a newer controller and we would try to decrease the temp to 72 at night to sleep comfortably, but we’d all wake up to it being 75 or 78 degrees again. So, we constantly were turning it back down. Annoying, but the AC itself worked great. 8. Strong air fresheners plugged in everywhere upon arrival. We unplugged promptly because they were overwhelming for all of us. Overall a great place, just some details that could use attention. We would stay there again though.

Rental experience
Broken ice machine, gap under front door enabling bugs to enter. Biggest problem was cleanliness: we found 3 cockroaches in as many days. When i removed a cushion after getting up to a bug on coach, discovered a mess; popcorn, dirt, old candy; didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. The manager did have it cleaned that day, & responded quickly, but I spent the next four days looking under bedsheets etc. Deeply disappointed

Christmas Vacation
We had a great stay at this Jupiter Farms property while visiting family around the holidays! Jupiter Farms is a quiet neighborhood tucked in away from all the action around Jupiter. Our family enjoyed the space and privacy. We had an issue with the washer when we were there and the owner was very prompt with communication and addressing the issue which lead to replacing the washer. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived which was a nice surprise! We hope to come stay again! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Family Bonding
We loved the house. The size and layout were perfect for our family. The kitchen was amazing. The beds and linens were very nice. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, but being thanksgiving, we struggled with the lack of serving bowls or some things you would expect, like a corkscrew. There was no soap for the dishwasher. Also, the freezer was not cold and the ice maker didn’t work. So we had to run to Publix for several items. Finally, when I went to do a load of laundry the washer did not work. Despite all that, the home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
