Air Conditioned Sensational Studio Perfect for a Romantic Getaway. Just A Few Steps Away From The Beaches & Ocean. Rates from 10/1-5/14 are for short term stays. Please message for rates for stays 30 days or longer.
Spacious studio with full bath and fully equipped kitchen just a few steps away from the beaches & ocean. Enjoy use of Sound View or Miami beaches. Enjoy a quiet, friendly home in a beach community in this spacious and serene space.
Activities: Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar.
Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.
Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.
5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.
Property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.
Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.
Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.
