Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Schöne Unterkunft. Gute Ausstattung (Küche voll ausgestattet, Spülmaschine), gemütlich eingerichtet. Lage perfekt. Sehr ruhig, Trotz sehr kurzer Entfernung zur Brandenburger Str. (Fußgängerzone). Bahnhof schnell erreichbar durch kurzen Weg zur S-Bahn. Check-in angenehm durch Schlüsseltresor. Parkhaus (Luisenstr.) 2 min Fußweg Sehr gerne wieder. Daher 5/5

Tolle Lage in schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da diese sehr zentral lag und das Einchecken - auch spät abends- problemlos war. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns das Bett, dass durch seine harten Matratzen für keinen guten Schlaf sorgte.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Buchung, der Check in, die Beschreibung alles absolut perfekt! Wir haben eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Fahrradraum ist absolut perfekt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, einfach perfekt für zwei Personen! Bei Ausstattung und den Küchengeräten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Und nun ein bisschen jammern auf ganz ganz oben Niveau: ein paar Bücher, eine kuscheldecke und eine Grün-Pflanze würden sich gut machen und zur Gemütlichkeit sehr beitragen.

Zentrale schöne Wohnung in Potsdam

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einem extra Keller abstellen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Kultur und Natur. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es aber leider nur im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus, da in Potsdam es anscheinend nur Parkplätze für Anwohner gibt.

Splendida posizione, molto bello e pulito l’appartamento ma per quattro non è l’ideale, per chi sta sul divano letto nella zona giorno non c’è modo di ottenere il buio. Per il resto è molto confortevole.

Zentraler geht´s nicht

Die FeWo war neuwertig und äußerst zentral (um die Ecke ist man sofort auf der Brandenburger Str. und am Brandenburger Tor). Äußerst empfehlenswert (auch wenn die beschriebene Dachterrasse nicht existiert). Wir bekommen bestimmt noch ´mal wieder, zumal Potsdam wunderschön ist und man alles mit dem Fahrrad erreicht (Fahrradkeller vorhanden).

Wunderschöne Wohnung Mitten in der Stadt und dennoch ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt an einem schön begrünten Innenhof, keine 20 m von der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist nahezu neu und top sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr kurz, aber wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war Problemlos. Anreisen kann man jederzeit, der Schlüssel liegt im Tresor bereit. Mit etwas Glück kann man vor der Tür einen Parkplatz ergattern, aber der Weg bis zum Parkhaus ist problemlos auch zu Fuß möglich (Die Tagesgebühr ist annehmbar und wird mit einer Contipark- Karte noch einmal deutlich günstiger).

Super Lage in einer wundervollen historischen Stadt

Es war alles wunderbar, selbst das leidige Parkproblem konnten wir nach dem Tipp des Vermieters lösen und ein Auto benötigt man in Potsdam nicht wirklich. Die Tiefgarage ist gleich um die Ecke zu einem fairen Preis. Uns hat es super gefallen in Potsdam und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder es gibt noch sehr viel zu bestaunen und zu entdecken. Ferienwohnung ist top eingerichtet. Die Kaffeemaschine war für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ansonsten war in der Küche alles vorhanden. Auch der Service war klasse. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Neue, gepflegte, schöne kleine Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen - unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation von Vermieterseite (in dem Haus sind mehrere Ferienwohnungen), Schlüssel mit Code aus Kasten vor Haustür geholt. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, schön eingerichtet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist in einem Hinterhof gelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Man wohnt direkt in der Innenstadt, Sanssouci ist ganz nah, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum. Nach Sanssoucis sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Bäcker und Restaurants. Einziges Manko: Ein Stuhl o. ä. im Schlafzimmer fehlt.

Very nice place, great location

Wished the windows had screens to keep the mosquitoes out at night. Also,would have liked to have a blanket alternative for the bed, duvets are sometimes too hot. As this is a self -sufficient flat directions to a grocery store would be helpful. Would be nice to have the inner court yard lit better for late night arrivals. A mat outside the flat door would be good to wipe shoes before entry. Overall a great place in a great city.

Schicke FeWo in zentraler Lage

Ganz neu, sehr sauber, hell, stylisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst, Bett sehr bequem, super zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, nur Parkplatz finden ist schwierig, ansonsten alles reibungslos, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Entspannt in der City

Sehr schöne Fewo direkt im Stadtzentrum - nur 30 Meter bis zur Hauptachse der Fußgängerzone - , dabei durch Innenhoflage absolut ruhig. Modern, hell, gut ausgestattet, noch so neu, daß das Treppenhaus nach Farbe riecht. Küchenzeile mit kompletter Ausstattung, sogar ein Gefrierfach ist vorhanden. Problemloser und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Der Schlüssel ist in Schlüsselkasten am Tor hinterlegt, so daß flexible An- und Abreisezeit kein Problem ist. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Potsdamaufenthalt. Der weltberühmte Schloßpark ist nur ein paar Hundert Meter Fußweg entfernt. Hinweis: Die Fewo hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz (Innenstadtlage). Ein Parkhaus ist 200 Meter entfernt, 0-24 Uhr zugänglich, das Tagesticket kann am Automaten auch mit Karte bezahlt werden.
