Convenient location

This property is in a central location close to everything. The condo was very clean and we did not have any problems. Our host Phil, was very responsive which made our stay feel even more comfortable.

Im really not the one to leave a bad review at all. But the customer service is really terrible to the point im writing this review. The place is nice and its a good location but we have found multiple roaches during our stay and contacted them to find a solution for the problem but they have been extremely rude and said they would refund my cleaning fee but never did. Then they proceeded to ignore me and my messages. And we had to fly back and found a baby roach in our luggage. I have pictures and videos that I sent for proof that I shared with them but they didn’t treat the problem seriously which made me more disappointed .

Great place!

The property was great, very clean and a great location. Our only complaint was the neighboring condo had a dog that barked constantly. Aside of the barking dog, everything was wonderful.

The condo was very nice for the price paid. It was well equipped and location very convenient to everything. The most impressive thing was that I accidently left a diamond necklace there. I contacted Andrea and she went and found it and is having it mailed back to me! Very happy with the service and communication.

Nearly perfect minus few comforts

The room was so clean and the listing managers are wonderful. The only downside is this is in a bunch of condos and the people above us were awful. On our last night of the stay they were likely drunk and knocking things over, smashing stuff, etc, all night. Which is not their fault but be aware that because it’s a vacation rental property place, people are likely to be unruly. Not a big deal but the master bedroom had poor cooling and we were insanely hot even with the doors all open. Additionally, the master bed is so hard and uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well. Everything else about our stay was perfect. I would love to stay with the same hosts again but maybe at a different property

This was one of the cleanest and updated VRBO

This was a gated community and well kept. The condo was the cleanest and most updated VRBO we have stayed. It was on the ground floor with convenient parking. It was close to Destin beaches and downtown Destin.

Great condo with pond view

This was our first time in Destin & renting a condo. The condo was clean and updated furnishings, with the beachy decor. We would definitely stay there again, also our host (Phil) was awesome and made sure our stay was pleasant! “We loved the Destin area”

Convenient and Clean

Perfect size for two. Everything was new and clean. Conveniently located to all stores and events. Really enjoyed the view and the patio. The staff was great and communicated very well. The coffee pot had a hole in it so I messaged the owner and writhing 15 minutes I had a new coffee maker. Great folks!

Labor Day Quick Trip

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen sink and the washing machine. Didn’t like that the dumpster for trash is so far away. We didn’t enjoy the June White Decker beach as it was way too crowded. We did find a much nicer beach by the sand dunes. It was an affordable beach trip. But we are spoiled and will probably return to a condo closer to the gulf.

Calypso Of Destin

Our stay here was amazing and our room exceeded our expectations. Better than a hotel/motel. It was like a home away from home. 6min drive to Henderson State Park, also near a bunch of attractions and eateries. Philip was our contact for the reservation and always answered any questions within minute/seconds. I would recommend.

Destin Trip

Initial impression when arriving at night was “what have I gotten us into”. However, the property is very nice, the unit was exactly as advertised, very quiet - surprising because you’re one block off Hwy 98. You can hear the air traffic from the local airport but it was all small aircraft. Pool was nice and the walking bridge that crosses the little lake was a great to place escape. The only negative was the guest upstairs trying to get in their 10000 steps a day at night while we were trying to sleep.

It was just ok

The place was VERY small compared to what the pics looked like. The complex seemed very shady, and the beach access was described as a short walk, which couldn’t have been further from the truth. It was clean, well stocked, and very affordable, beds pretty comfy. I will not stay in Destin again unless I’m on the beach. The beach access is awful for those who aren’t on a beach side.

Perfect vacation property

This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect just like the photos listed. It was located next to all the main tourist attractions, but also set far enough back to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the night. Felt safe the entire stay. Gated community which was a plus. Several pools on ground property. Pools nice and cool during the day, and heated at night for a nice night swim! Unit very well taken care of. Property owners were amazing with communication and accommodations. This unit was the perfect size for me, my significant other, my 1 year old, and my 8 year old. There were so many items available in the unit for us travelers to use during our stay. Including a cooler, lawn/beach chairs, high chair for small child, board games, plenty of extra blankets, towels, and pillows! I could go on and on…property managers sure know how to please! We will most definitely stay here again when we revisit Destin! 10/10 ❤️

Close to the beach!

Great property. The location was perfect and close to pretty much everything including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and is pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Destin.
