This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units and NO SHARED amenities or walkways! Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck! Queen bed in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk-bed. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! Great Getaway . . .

We had a small technical issue when we checked in, but it was quickly remedied. Whitney was great to communicate with, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back to stay again.

My wife, my 9 month year old son, and I had a great time in this spotless and perfect size 2 bedroom suite in Holgate. I don’t think the pictures do it justice- we were right on the beach, perfect location, and the set up of the kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife and I taking our son on his first trip to the beach. Absolutely first class experience!!

Open House Getaway

We are selling our home at home and went away for the weekend to be out of the way. This was perfect and great that we could bring our dog with us. Just enough space. Wish weather was nicer so we could enjoy the outside space. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our check in and check out times. Highly recommend.

Consistency matters.

This is our second visit to this property and as per our first visit, it is cleaned immaculately it smells fresh. The linens are clean. The toilet is clean. The kitchen is spotless. I could go on all day just about the cleanliness and then it’s right on the beach, the rooftop Deck, I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re lucky enough to get to stay here you will not regret it!! It lacks absolutely nothing. They even let us bring our small to medium size dog Moses this place is an absolute blessing.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

We had the best time staying here!! The condo was super clean, modern, and had all of the essentials we needed. It was a huge plus that it was steps away from the beach and dog friendly, including a hose to wash off outside and gates to keep our pup safe on the porch. The rooftop deck has the prettiest views. Whitney was a great host and was very quick to reply to our messages. As we were leaving, my husband said “We are definitely coming back here!”.

Clean, on beach

Updated, clean, beautiful place (where dogs are allowed!). Property owner very responsive, clean, nicely appropriated condo. Bonus that dogs are allowed! Super happy with our stay. Bike ride to the Beach haven action, but far enough away it’s nice and quiet. Ocean and bay views. Definitely recommend!!

A Gem!

Clean, modern, comfy, everything you need and steps from the beach that has a ramp. Rooftop deck a plus as well as the roomy front porch. Great place to unwind inna quiet neighborhood!

Perfect Time Away

I rented this condo for four days and it was really stunning. It was well equipped, spotless and had very comfortable furniture. The best was also dealing with Whitney, she is absolutely wonderful. I had a couple issues really unrelated to the condo and she was so helpful.

Spring time at the beach

This place was kept immaculate. You could smell the clean when you walked in the door. It was steps from the beach and the house offered everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The rooftop deck has spectacular views. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the beach life. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Whitney!!!!

Great place to relax, right on the beach! Comfy, clean, and just minutes away from a busier area, Beach Haven....and Whitney(host) is awesome and quick to answer any questions before and during your stay....I've stayed here 3 times in the past year and cannot wait for my next visit to LBI!

Perfect short getaway

Hi! I had a lovely time. The condo was very cute and just enough room for me and my dog. Very minor drawback was the construction going on right next door. However, that didn’t deter me from enjoying my little getaway. Thank you!

Weekend Away

This condo was excellent for a weekend away for 2. The beach access was super handy as well as the outdoor shower and beach chairs. Far enough away from the noise of town but still walkable to get ice cream in the evening. The kitchen was ideal for making dinner and watching tv in the background. The water pressure in the shower was top notch!

Easy access, great location, nice stay!

Great stay for me and my sisters. The space worked perfectly for the three of us; enough space to hang out and eat some meals in but still close to all activities, shopping, and restaurants. The unit was very clean and equipped with what we needed. Great kitchen. The location really cannot be beat. The public path to the beach is literally adjacent to the house and the view from the roofdeck is unobstructed. The best part was the abundance of beach gear available for our use!

The perfect relaxing getaway!

We could not have been luckier to be able to book this property! It was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was so convenient and amazing to be right on the beach and have the beach access so close. The sounds of the ocean from the rooftop deck were by far the most relaxing. Whitney was extremely prepared and responsive, sending out all instructions/local recommendations well ahead of time and responding quickly if I had a question. We already can’t wait to book this property again!

Wonderful shore condo!!

Condo was just perfect for a four night pre-season getaway! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck with beautiful ocean view. Great location on LBI. Clean and well-equipped kitchen. Will definitely be back!!
