About this property

Newly renovated, Sea view, On the beach

The old Breton rectory has two halves. The smaller half is in the Breton style. Two bedrooms and the living / dining area are furnished with antique Breton furniture. The third bedroom under the roof is furnished with an IKEA bed and Breton furniture. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2017. The house has its own terrace area and its own garden.

Both halves of the house can also be rented together. The information relates to the smaller half. The separate terraces and gardens provide a clear separation.


The additional costs are included in the price. There is only a final cleaning fee of € 80. On request, cleaning can be done more often for an additional charge.

Emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul bémol, la maison est assez vieille. Elle se divise en deux maisons, l'une d'elles totalement rénovée et celle où nous avons logé qui mériterait de l'être également: les photos du site sont trompeuses du coup. Mais l'emplacement est idéal et nous ne regrettons rien.

Maison agréable
Agréable maison , la piece de vie principale super sympa, salle de bain recente bien équipé, cuisine tout y est pour se faire a manger. Points faibles l escalier pour aller a l étage un peu dangereux, si l autre partie de maison est louée la terrasse n est pas séparée. Quelques travaux d electricité serait fort recommandé. Eclairages, prises...inter.
