Cleanliness wasn't the greatest
We loved the property. Sterling Beach. We did have some issues with our condo but they were resolved eventually after our stay. When we arrived to our condo we checked to make sure everything was clean or nothing was damaged and took pictures. In one of the bedrooms there was a big red stain on top of the comforter and it was still wet and it was through both of the sheets, top sheet and fitted sheet. So that told us that our bed sheets were not changed. Also in the living room My son went to sit down on the cushion and it was wet. He smelled it to see what it was and it was urine. At that point I started making complaints to management. I had sent multiple pictures and descriptions of everything that was wrong with the condominium itself as a whole such as the lights would not work, refrigerator was not getting cold. Freezer did not make ice. The dishwasher had been broken and the dryer was making a horrible squealing noise. Maintenance did come up and fix the light. The dishwasher in the dryer. Housekeeping came up and gave us new linens for the bed that was nasty. We did get our cleaning fund back and I appreciate that. But it was a very long process to get the refund back. The condo was beautiful and it was very spacious for all 12 of us staying there. We had plenty of room. Also at the Sterling Beach condominiums there wasn't a whole lot of people around so that was very nice.
