Welcome to Sun Seaker Cottage (upstairs unit, Sunset Suite), the perfect family beach cottage with plenty of space for everyone, even the family pets. This unit (1100sqft) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living area and laundry. The two units have separate outside entrances and do not connect from the inside and will share the backyard space.

Beachside retreat in North Myrtle Beach, best suited for families.

Our Sun Seaker Beach Cottage upstairs unit (Sunset Suite) gives you all the beach house feels and all the beach breezes! Relax on the balcony with beverage of your choice, read a book with the waves in the background. This is relaxation station!!

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, eating and living areas and private entryways. This house provides tons of space for the entire family to vacation together.

Walk to the beach for sunrise, hunt for sharks’ teeth, pack a lunch for an afternoon picnic.

2 bedrooms, 2 bath duplex (upstairs unit) beach house located a few blocks from the ocean. Both units can be rented together, please inquire.

This cozy cottage has flat Screen TV’s in every bedroom, small book collection, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in each unit, golf cart parking and plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Sunset Suite- Upstairs (this is what you are renting)
This charming and comfortable space will be sure to recharge the soul. This unit has the Sunburst and Sizzling Sunset bedrooms. Each bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV's with Roku to stream your favorite channels and touch lamps with USB ports.

Sunset Suite- Downstairs (can be rented separately)

A fully equipped kitchen, including updated refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Large outside space to BBQ and entertain guests in the comfort of your home after a long day at the beach. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem, you are centrally located for delivery.

Once you have your fill of the sunshine and refreshing water, head over to one of the many attractions that North Myrtle Beach supplies, including the famous Barefoot Landing!

- This unit has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.

-We provide a toiletries starter pack but please prepare to bring toilet paper/paper towels and other needed toiletries.

-Once your reservation is received, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent. This must be filled out in its entirety with a government issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours of making the reservation and before receiving an electronic access code to the property.

- We only rent to guest 25 and up.

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Some areas are shared with other guests: parking, backyard, outdoor shower.
*Only initial number of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with fee and agree to pet rules. 2 pet maximum unless prior authorization. Nonrefundable $100 for first pet, $50 additional.

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind, we do have a Ring camera in the front of the house, by the top entrance door, bottom entrance door and back entrance ways.
