Whether you are visiting for the excitement of Disney or one of the beautiful golf courses in the area, you can't beat this location for your stay. Minutes away from Promenade at sunset walk Margaritaville resort shopping, fine dining and entertainment. Relax by the pool/spa on property, spa heat included with rental, pool heat also available for a daily fee. Take a quick stroll to the Clubhouse where you will find a Fitness center, movie theater, tiki bar, pool and game room all for your enjoyment. Everything you need is here, so gather the family and we will see you soon!

Lovely house, good location

The house is lovely and is in a good location. However, there is a water treatment plant nearby which, when the wind is blowing in a certain direction, leaves an awful smell around the property. This did spoil our enjoyment of the outside areas for a few days.

Good Place to Stay

Nice home. It’s clear the owners bought recently and renovated the inside of the home. They updated it to recent trends. We didn’t like that the A/C only stays on for a couple hours at a time. We went to Disney parks in the morning and came home to a house that was 78/82 degrees. Took awhile to cool the home. We also paid 100 bucks+ for pool and hot tub heat for five days. If I owned the home I’d give that away for free since you’re paying a lot of money to stay there. Driveway had a lot of red ant hills, and outside garbage can had thousands of maggots in it. Other than that, it was a decent home to stay in.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

This home did not disappoint! We have stayed in several homes in Wyndham Palms and Indian Creek, and this house is at the top of our list. The home and furnishings are modern and updated, and the property is clean inside and out - in other homes we have stayed in the pool and spa area have been a little lacking. Also, having the spa heat included in the rental price is amazing! We have always paid extra for that amenity. Each bathroom shower has dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! That is something you usually only get in a Disney resort. I will say I was a bit apprehensive to rent because this is a new property, but there is no need to worry. The pics are accurate and the house is great. Quiet back yard, no loud parties as you may experience in an ungated community...an amazing family vacation! We hope to be back on our next trip to Orlando!
