About this property
Cozy Cabin Minutes from Bear Mountain, Zoo, Golf and Shopping
This cozy 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom cabin, built in 1940, lies on a quaint street in the Moonridge corridor. The living room includes a pull-out couch, chair, and storage ottoman with games for our guests to enjoy. The Smart TV rests above the wood burning fireplace and the apps can be used with your personal logins. The kitchen includes a full-size oven/stove and refrigerator, dining space, coffee bar, and washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a queen bed and extra blankets if required. According to the grandson of the original builder of the cabin, the bathtub was the first in Big Bear Lake!
The cabin features an attached deck with bar stools and an outdoor dining table with umbrella. The property includes a separate deck with a pizza oven and BBQ grill, outdoor heater, and chairs for a lovely patio lunch or dinner!
The location allows for quick access to all things you may enjoy during your stay in Big Bear. Drive or bike to the lake, slopes, and hiking trails within 5-7 minutes. Stater Brothers, Vons, and Walgreens are minutes away for anything additional you may need.
We look forward to providing you an experience you won't forget!

About the host
Hosted by Aaron Radman
We are Aaron and Kim! We moved to Big Bear Lake in 2022 to experience all of its outdoor magic! The restaurants are 5-star and the mountains and lake provide endless activities away from the noise of the big city. Aaron is an All-American wrestler and has continued to coach high-school youth and MMA fighters over the past 20 years. Kim serves our country in the military and has a passion for mentoring students of all ages. Together we enjoy traveling and cuisines of all kinds. It only made sense for us to offer the incredible experiences we've had with our guests who want to get away!
Why they chose this property
This cute property was one of the first cabins built in Big Bear Lake (Est 1940). The grandson of the builder mentioned that the positioning of the cabin was so the family could view the golf course and the lake from their property. The cabin still has the original wood-burning fireplace! It's an ideal set-up to enjoy the outdoors in the Summer and cozy up inside in the Winter. We can't wait to share its charm with our guests.
