• Guests will receive a “starter pack” of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and a few travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soaps

POLICIES: Three-night minimum rental period. Must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present the duration of the reservation. Photo ID required upon check-in. No refund for violation.
CONDITIONS: This is a NON-SMOKING unit and No Pets are permitted. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside on the balcony.
PARKING: You will receive 1 parking pass. There are plenty of parking spaces available around the outside of the building. Inside spaces reserved for the owners. Additional Passes are purchased on site; $25 each. Please display pass on your dash at all times.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4 pm; check out is at 10am. Late check-out and early check-in are available for $150/hour; please notify us at time of rental if you are interested.
LOCAL CONTACT DURING STAY: You will have access to a Condo Management Company should the condo need immediate attention.
SANIBEL CONDO AMENITIES: Includes Air Conditioning, WIFI/Internet, 2nd story outdoor Pool and Kiddie Pool, Fitness Room, Sauna and Grill Area with picnic tables. Pool is heated in the winter. Easy access to the sugar white sandy beach/Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon Pier and boardwalks.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: You deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. Our professional cleaning crew uses EPA approved cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect before every visit. We wash all linens and towels in high heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and we follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. Additionally, a professional inspector visits this condo after it’s cleaned to make sure that it is ready for your family and your guests to enjoy.

BEACH ACCESS: West 13th Street Beach Access is a public beach access across the street; access area has boardwalk, shower, benches, restrooms, & trash cans.
LITTLE LAGOON ACCESS: Lagoon Pier and boardwalk located directly behind complex. Public docks and boardwalk within fifty feet of back of Sanibel Condo building. Enjoy Fishing, Bird Watching and Crabbing. Kayaking is also available in Little Lagoon.
CONVENIENT LOCATION: There is so much to do all within minutes! The Sanibel Condo is located in an ideal location in Gulf Shores, in the midst of single and dual unit houses. A small grocery and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Sanibel also has quick access to stores, restaurants and activities-- within 5 miles you will find dozens of restaurants, bars, live entertainment, shopping, and amusement and water parks. Sanibel is approximately 2 miles west of Gulf Shores Parkway (State Route 59).
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: The Gulf Shores area offers lots of souvenir shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Fishing in the Lagoon right behind the condo or on the Gulf in front of condo. Tubing, Boat Rides, and Kayaking.
