Remodeled & Spacious! It’s Beautiful!

Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

My husb and i stayed here for 4 nights to be clise to our kids and grand kids who were here on vacation as well. This place was beautiful, spacious and updated. We had everything we needed!! We will stay here again. The bed was very comfortable. Marc was very easy to communicate with

10 Year Anniversary Trip
This place was perfect for our stay. Right by the ocean and a quick drive to downtown. Very friendly neighborhood and easy walk to Ocean beach. Property communicated very well checking if needed anything extra during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Luxurious unit in amazing location
This is the perfect place. It is about four lots from the ocean. The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and incredibly clean. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the place and would like to stay here again the next time I am in San Diego.

OB at its Best
Fantastic place less than a block from the Ocean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Ocean Beach this is it! Super clean, super responsive and a stones throw from the ocean and walking distance to main/downtown Ocean Beach.

Awesome location near beach
Very clean unit with modern appliances and like new kitchen. Quiet location but did hear plane traffic from SD airport occasional. Wonderful location for access to beach although weather was quite cool during our visit. Lots of little restaurants in the area as well as coffee shop. Marc checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Very happy to have a design parking spot as the parking in all the beach town areas is a real challenge.

Beautiful OB Stay
We loved this spot in Ocean Beach! It was immaculately clean. We needed a kitchen to prepare our dishes for a Thanksgiving gathering at another location, and this was perfect. The bed was super comfortable (soft sheets!) and the living area is welcoming and roomy. Big TV and comfy couch for Thanksgiving weekend football! It's a fabulous location, walking distance not only to shops and restaurants nearby, but also to the bluff overlooking beautiful sunsets. Marc was so easy to work with, transparent and accommodating. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful!
The property had a wonderful location. A short walk up the hill brought you to beautiful sunsets! Downtown was a close enough walk as well. I was so glad we had a parking spot because parking in the area was a nightmare. We would absolutely stay here again

Like going home!
I lived down the street from this property many years ago (long before short-term rentals were a thing), so I was familiar with the area and the property. Both were fantastic to return to. This property has been rejuvenated and well-maintained. It's comfortable, well-appointed, and just a very nice setup. Marc did a great job communicating before, during, and wrapping up my stay. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in San Diego!

Nice little beach house
Not right on the beach but about a minute walk from beautiful beach views. Listing is as is on the site. Check in and check out were a breeze and the owner is very communicative and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again during our next trip to Ocean Beach

Beautiful Ocean Beach
This is the perfect accommodation for exploring not only Ocean Beach but San Diego in it's entirety. The space is clean, quiet, and includes everything you would need. Marc was excellent with communication and the check-in/out process was easy. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was as described, clean and had a lot of great amenities, including a parking spot. It was within walking distance to the beach, Sunset Cliffs and all the things to do in Ocean Beach. Marc was a great communicator too.

Fantastic vacation
We had a fantastic vacation! Thanks to a a beautiful bright clean place and a great host Marc, who was very helpful & quick to respond. Amenities galore & well stocked. Another bonus was having off street parking. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach & to downtown area. Highly recommend & would love to stay again! Thank You!!
