Managed by Casago (3rd Party Property Management Company) not Las Palomas. This means no housekeeping services for the duration of the stay, no pool towels, no wristbands for the pool bar, and you do not check-in at the hotel.We were never sent a welcome letter regarding any of this information. Check-in is at an offsite office. We found this out after standing in line for 30 minutes at Las Palomas and being told we do not have a reservation. After contacting the owner, we had to pack up six kids and two cars to drive back into town for check in. The hotel staff cannot help with any issues or repairs. Our shower did not drain, dishwasher doesn't work (I ran it twice), the toilets ran or didn't flush, we had zero trash bags, the sliding glass door seals are sun rotted and the wind screams though the cracks.The one time I spoke with the owner he told us to make sure to get a good number for Casago incase we need anything. I called Casago repeatedly for things and they never stopped by for repairs or with trash bags.Hopefully the owner updates the listing to explain what Casago Management is and takes the time to make the much needed repairs.There are better maintained rentals for the same price. I suggest renting one of those for peace of mind.
