One of the best features of this home is the location. Just a few steps from one of the two neighborhood pools and just a few steps further to the beach access boardwalk. Yet, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers the best of both worlds. Pro-Tip: Walk past the pool for a short cut to the beach!
The Space
Step inside and you'll discover updated, comfortable furnishings in the spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a dining table as well as counter seating for mealtime and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy that gulf breeze.
There is one bedroom with a Queen bed on the lower level as well as a full bath. Upstairs you’ll find a King room with a twin over full bunk with twin trundle. The third room has two twin over twin bunk beds. Dream Weaver comfortably sleeps 12 beach goers.
There is a conveniently located, partially enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
